Lightroom Classic has always performed well with AMD processors, although Intel has had a slight lead in active tasks. However, AMD's Ryzen 5000 Series processors are here, touting major increases in performance in per-core performance which should allow AMD to take a solid lead over Intel no matter what your workflow is in Lightroom Classic. - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
What is your suggestion to reduce the denoise process time
Can you help me decide between the 5900x and the 5800x? I don't really care about export times, just the development module. Thanks!
just bought the "new" Ryzen 9 5900x, I cannot wait to run this beast along with Lightroom.
And how? For me, the ryzen 9 5900x processor and the 3070 tuff card do not allow the program to work together with GPU acceleration. The image in the close-up and framing makes it impossible to edit photos comfortably. After disabling GPU acceleration it is better, but after intensive photo correction, the use of a gradation filter, for example, causes the program to run smoothly.
I am asking for help from anyone who had a problem with this.
And now tiger lake 11th gen is out can we see the same testing.
We no longer sell laptops so will not be testing Tiger Lake CPUs ourselves. However, results from our public benchmarks are uploaded here ( www.pugetsystems.com/benchmarks/ ) and as time goes by results from those CPUs are sure to show up.
I must've misunderstood... Even though I listened 3 times. At a couple points you say the 5000 series is faster, and at another, you say it's not faster. What am I misunderstanding?
I think the confusion is coming from the comparison of the Intel-X series CPUs to the Core. He says there's no real reason to go with the X-series when the 10900K is cheaper and faster.
All you need to know is, Ryzen is faster for lightroom classic at this point in time.
