    Great tutorial. I've spent more time sorting out the lining than I did sewing the bag up!!

    I prefer the second way too. But I think the first method is great for space saving like for packing bags, especially travel & diaper bags, since it wants to fold down

    • @justynathandmade
      @justynathandmade  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! I was thinking that too. That one would be great for travel.

    It's amazing how there can be so many ways to approach doing basically the same thing. I have made a number of boxed pouches after watching other videos. I am excited to try these two. I was looking for one that the boxing ran across the zipper in an effort to copy a store bought pouch my daughter has. I successfully made one but now I can't remember just how I did it. I would post a photo but don't know how to do that.

    • @justynathandmade
      @justynathandmade  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the method of doing the boxing across the zipper is similar to this th-cam.com/video/IyIGgM5z9dM/w-d-xo.html Check it out.

    Where did you buy the pretty rainbow color zipper tape?

      On Amazon, just do a search for rainbow zipper tape and you will multiple results.

    I tried to make this bag. My sewing machine didn't like me much when I tried to sew through all the layers, especially by the zip. Also not sure what went wrong but the lining of bag no 1 didn't fit properly into the bag. It bunched up. I'm going to try sew bag no 2 now. See how it turns out

    • @justynathandmade
      @justynathandmade  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can akwarystyka trzy cutting the lining a bit smaller. I would use a smaller needle, less resistant going through. Maybe hand-crank the machine over the zipper.

      I tried second bag. Went far better. Only thing, the sides were uneven. Well it was my first attempt so worked out not too bad. Will try second bag again. Thanks for the tutorial. 💞

    Its amazing how she says that there is a free patten for these bags and there isnt any free patterns, never mind any pattern

    • @justynathandmade
      @justynathandmade  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The videos are clearly marked Free pattern means free pattern, FB Free Pattern is Free Patten when you join the FaceBook group and I say that in the video too. I’m not sure where your confusion comes from. If you have trouble retrieving the free pattern, just ask for assistance. Best regards, Justyna.
