    Isn’t your left foot supposed to twist in though? I mean the whole goal of the plant is to transfer momentum from horizontal to vertical so isn’t that easier to do with your foot twisted in?
    Also some of the best jumpers in the world seem to twist their feet sideways quite a bit.
    Love your content though I’ve been a fan for awhile now keep it up✊✊

    Great Video, but The turn in your left right plant acually is something good beacause if you have this Angle you get more Power out of your glute and if it hurts you probably have to work on ankle mobility.

    Paul fabritz says you should be able to do both. You are an exception because you are hurt. But for most people they should practice LR, RL, L, R even if they arnt all the same you should get them as close as you can to even. Helps give you different situations to dunk and helps prevent imbalances which lead to injuries.

      Jumping with both and practicing both with the same intensity it’s good that you don’t have a favorite or preference because you want to work just as hard on one side as the other

      depends on your current training but at least 48 hours i'd say
