    getting back into dunking again and trying to implement it into games. its nice knowing it actually is pretty hard to do it while dribbling. luckily i'm 6'3 so hopefully ill be consistent after a few months of hard work

    Great content as usual (we always want more!).
    A quick tip that might get lost into a lot of details:
    As long as your (or anybody else's) penultimate step is an actual push-off, torso angle won't be a big problem and it will self-correct over time. Because toe-push off straightens the torso. So it would actually take a lot of effort to have a good push-off and still be able to dive (at that point, you'd probably be aiming to dunk at the backcourt line, not at the rim).
    So I personally think that the issue you were experiencing with bending the torso was more because you didn't get the steps right and end up not pushing hard enough (and not covering enough distance) so the only source of power you'd get would be from the leg power and torso bend (like doing standing vertical) as opposed to translating horizontal momentum into vertical.
    So I personally wouldn't worry about the torso, just making sure to get enough reps (like you do anyway), and focus on the push-off which will correct torso as necessary. And if there's still some level of torso bent, it's probably body's way of saying that it's ok (look at Chris Staples, who utilizes that to its fullest).

      heavy squats that you can do 6-8 reps. Slow down explosive up. Deep squat jumps with medicine ball. One legged half squats. One legged depth jumps. Hope this helps.

      Super saiyan Trap ninja might be time to get stronger!! How’s your technique and footwork? How’s your standing vertical compared to your running? If you’re standing vertical is way lower it’s a great sign that you need strength. You always need to get stronger to jump higher

      Not with the jump, but they give you core strenght and that helps with the dunk itself
