my advice would be to focus mostly on legs and if you're doing bar squats, start small, and focus on form. then go heavy with less sets and reps (but not too heavy so you don't drop the bar). good stuff, i'd love to see more workout vids on here, and you should mix leg day vids with cardio/treadmill vids. also move the camera a bit more straight back for treadmill.
This was great advice thank you soo much!!! Will do more fitness videos. (Actually working out right now and came to my comments for your guys advice !! 🫶🏻
You could do backward lunges as opposed to the Bulgarian split squats. Both will target your glutes but you will have a greater range of motion with the backward lunges. You also don’t need to focus so much on balancing in a backward lunge. You should add in leg extensions and seated hamstring curls since the exercises that you are doing are mostly for glutes.
See, the one legged variation of a squat is something that you need experience to perform. Also, you dont have enough strength to do them in my opinion just yet, and it makes you very unstable. For some time at first, just try to master regular squat. Learn to control the movement, how to go really deep, what stance attacks your legs/glutes the best. Make your workout like 3 sets of squats in narrow stance, 3 in medium 3 in wide. If you have hamstring machine at your disposal, do like 2 warmup sets on it and than 3-5 sets till it burns and you are golden. Reps I would stick to 12-20 not less for now. Focus on feeling muscles work all the time, dont just let gravity or bouncing do half of it. Become squat master 2000 and than add complications, but till than, you will realize simple is best :)
