Sir but agr hm wo think kr rhy hn jeski wajh se hmra loss ho rha jesy exam near ho or ek ya 2 din ap study nhn kro ya thori e kam kro toh kiya think nh krna chahye agr nhn krn gy toh success kesy hongy ...or ye hmry jb inner se feel hota h...phir kiya krn..
Sochna achi bat hai, but overthink karna problems, jab hum itna overthink karen k humari social life affect ho tu use bemari kehte hen. Mild anxiety is good for the better performance but moderate to severe anxiety is problematic.

Sab se pehle tu humen apne ander dekhna hai and apni qabliat ko pehchana hai, aur thoda confidence develop karna and soch ko positive karna hai, dekhen thodi buhat risk leni bhi padti hai, har chez k thode buhat side effect hote hen, but humen face karna hota hai, agar hum ek bar koi chez kar lete hen Humara confidence bar jata hai pgit

It’s basically a illness; in which person is preoccupied with the thoughts that he/she is having something serious and the person goes for investigation again and again, he keeps on changing the doctors; and goes for costly investigations but all the results are within normal limits.
And that Person hardly gets convinced. I would try to make a video on this very soon.
