    5 evil thoughts::
    1 lustful thoughts , sexual desires or pleasures .
    2 angry mind , hatred mind and heart
    3 😴 sleepiness laziness
    4 restlessness distracted , regretting things of past or remorse
    5 doubt , doubt on yourself , success
    Pessimistic , don't overestimate and underestimate yourself. Be at moderate level . Don't compare with yourself with others it will increase your self doubt ..

      Breath goes inside and then outside
      In silent environment
      Do for 5 minutes
      Then increase to 10 minutes then increase to 15 minutes
      You can use noise cancelling ear phones as well

    Do not fall in these traps!
    1.Lustful, sensual desire and thoughs
    2.Anger and hatred mind
    3.Sleepiness and laziness
    4.Restlessness ,distracted mind, regrets
    5.Self doubt, donot underestimate and overestimate yourself. Believe in yourself. Donot compare yourself with anyone else, everybody is different.

    It's really interesting that I got to know about the 5 points. But by law of nature sensual desire sometimes come in mind. It's normal. We just have to Abstain ourselves from those thoughts while studying or while serving the society by doing something valuable ...
    One thing I follow to memorise is that revision is utmost important. Every time I revise something I understand another new point about that topic that I was missing previously . So keep revising until short term memory convert into long term memory. Persistence is pivotal. That is my Mantra

      @@aayat5155 count your breaths... Count the in breaths and the out breaths.. Then for a while after doing this, let your mind wander, let it think of whatever it wants. Slowly get ur attention back to it. The goal is not to think of anything specific or controlling your thoughts. It's abt observing and not getting hung up on a single thought. Don't be hard on yourself. It might take years achieving that let alone mnths. Keep patience. You'll get benefits.

      You should do a special meditation. Right now you can keep away reasons things that give these thoughts. Like remove porn videos and sites. Ex. To plant a tree need water fertilizer.. etc. If you don't supply water then it will stop growing. Like that way you should it first. Then should think about reality of human body mean ugly side. I hope our teacher will teach this soon.
