Thank you for uploading this guide and giving the names of the component asanas so one can get aquainted with each without worrying being out of breath or prematurely thinking of the next pose in sequence. This being the surya namaskar I don't think my guruji will be saddened by my taking instructions from Sri Gurudev in this as I've already named my desire for learning the surya kriya. This is preperation for that.
@artofliving please do something about the ads coming up in the middle of the process. Takes away the essence. Maybe it's a youtube algorithm that has triggered ad hoc ads and if there is something that can be done it would be great! Thank you!

Unable to do Surya namaskar and meditation without the compulsive ad breaks in this video. It spoils the tempo of doing the same. There were no ad breaks earlier.
When it is better do Surya namaskar? It's better do it at morning or in evening ? In evening I'm better prepared for do yoga. At morning I'm not good flexible.

Can't achieve weight loss just by a little physical exercise, either do an intense exercise for a long period of time or cut some calories & eat healthy

I don’t know how your progress is a month later you posted this, but here’s the thing: If you’ve never done any type of exercise before, and you live a very sedentary life, I strongly suggest that you do other types of exercises like push-ups and baithaks, starting with stretching and warm-up exercises. It’ll help you to build up some strength and stability in your body. Definitely warm-up the muscles and stretch your muscles out a little bit too before you do yoga, and relax and “sink” into each asan as you do it. Remember, sukham sthiram asanam: take the pose in which you can sit in easily and steadily for extended periods of time. Asanas are there to prepare you for meditation practice, after all.

Surya Namaskar ≠ Sun salutation. There is no sense of saluting a celestial object. In sanskrit the word Surya (सूर्य) has many meanings. Grammatical Surya means by whom or due to which other objects illuminates or get nourishment and energy. Surya namaskar is an exercise which effects your whole body that's why our ancestors called it Surya namaskar. Surya is one of the hundred names of God also because mediating and worshipping the formless God gives a lot of physical and spiritual power. Our Aryan ancestors were the followers of Vedas in which idolatry and veneration of any object is prohibited.
I paid 900 rupees to learn sudarshan kriya under anand utsav of AOL. But i never got to learn the kriya because the volunteer has been telling me that the session will be next week for last 4 weeks now even when my actual session date is gone. U ppl have put my parents precious money in vain. Is deceiving others a way to happiness for u all?
