I'm Polish and i want to say that Budapest is most beautiful city in Europe! Not Paris ,not London, not Berlin, not Warsaw! Just Budapest ! I love Budapest:) Greetings from Poland
I'm from London. I will take your word for it and visit Budapest. Sick of going to places and seeing immigrants. When I visit a country I want to see that country's indigenous folks.
I love Budapest the vibe of the city people and the woman 👩 definitely want to visit this great country again. Who is that gorgeous blond in this video
Kara, you sell yourself short! You are not bad at videography, not at all! You did a great job capturing the beauty of that city (I never knew how pretty it would be). By the way, your friends & family from back home are always THE BEST! You've got great people in your life. 😊 ❤
Awww, they like three little lost puppies without you, Nate! You guys legit set up home on that bridge. Those bloopers were great though. Defs not complaining about that. Was a great vlog with your friends who seem like a lot of fun.
I like it when it’s just Kara and Nate. I’m sure they enjoy the company but I just like seeing Kara and Nate’s relationship. You’re a wonderful couple!
I'm Romanian and I must say that despite our people's historical tensionate relations with the Hungarian people, and the murders that have occurred from this, my favourite city in the world is Budapest.
I think other than Vienna, Budapest is is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe!! Especially at night!! You should take a night time cruise down the river!! It's absolutely stunning!!
Good for Kara going out and exploring on her own! I've made Hungarian goulash before, glad you tried it! Love seeing all the different countries' foods.
OMG Budapest, is like...on every corner you go you are like....there's SO MUCH TO SEE HERE!!! You have to do a "Ruined Pubs" tour or at least visit some of them, they're sick!
Hi I am Joseph from Canada, I do love Budapest. I am Hungarian proud of my culture,Budapest is terrific city, much cheaper than Paris, London, Rome, etc.A fun city with everything you can imagine. Food is so good there. Easy to commuteby transit, but not by car. Hungary is so beautiful with Lake Balaton, Szeged and the Great Plains. Women are beautiful there. Love to go next year. The parliament is beautiful with nice architecture. café, nightclubs, museums, hotels, restaurants and so much more.enjoy the vidoe
Joseph Storc I recently went to Hungary (Im Hungarian as well) I also like to say that a little bit outside of lake balaton is a beautiful town called Heviz! If you are ever in that area I have family who owns markets! During summer and spring it’s just amazing. I was only there for 3 days due to the fact I hade to return to Budapest. But definitely if ever in Hungary again check it out
Im English and Hungarian ive been to Budapest MANY timea because half my family are Hungarian so seeing that you guys went ther is so heartwarming to be and I love it.
Really enjoying your Budapest trip...still can't get over how excellent your still photography and videos are AND your choice of music is right on AND the correct volume; don't have to turn down or mute it (like in some other peoples videos). Love seeing you both and all your new and old friends. Your much more adventuresome in your food tasting choices than me...Kara seems to like it ALL !!! Ha!
Just wanted to say how wonderful you both are. I love that you keep the website current. I love to travel, but stopped a lot of travel after having a family. I hope to get into doing more travel, after travel bans are lifted, and it is safe to fly around the world. Also, I love the coffee starts.
K we are in Budapest right now and I’m pretty sure the guitar player at 5:46 is still there playing! Haha! We just posted our own video of Budapest and he’s in the video!
Hi Kara and Nate, I studied abroad last spring semester and spent 4 days in Budapest for spring break. Here are some of the places I went to eat and attractions I went to. Food: Molnár's Kürtőskalács Kávézó (Hungarian Dessert!) , Bubble Chic Bar and Bistro ( Traditional Food) , Amber's French Bakery & Cafe (French food) , Cake Shop Budapest (American dessert shop! The desserts are amazing!) , Hungarikum Bistro (Traditional Hungarian Food) Tourist Attractions: Széchenyi Thermal Baths (reserve couples massages online), House of Terror, Buda Castle, Danube River Dinner Cruise(Highly recommend! Local food and entertainment!)
YAYYYYY - more Tennesseans!!! Hey Dylan & Kirsten. I'm from Memphis! This vlog was great. So sorry Nate was under the weather - (he did not look like a happy camper) Sure hope you are feeling better now. That last part where ya'll were sitting on the bridge - did you see the guy just behind you taking ya'lls picture?
Hey Guys. I'm Hungarian living in London for more than 8 years now. Just started to watch the 1st Budapest episode and it already made me homesick. Now, when I write this comment, there are still travel restrictions due to the pandemic. It is July 2021, last time I was at home was in October 2019. I just wanna go home now...
1:55 "we got some coffee since it was raining outside" I feel like weather it was raining, sunny or stormy you would have gotten coffee, no reason is needed for coffee, no shame!!!!!
Hi guys te vdw was beautiful, I've seen many other vdws but this one was special considering the shots taken at night with all the lights wow The city looks awesome at night time❣️❤️❣️👍👍
I'm loving these friends of yours....so fun...going to be a great set of vlogs...I dig that he's into.photography too...I'm a photographer also, that's why I LOVE your vlogs...they are so good!! :) BIG HUGS FROM IDAHO
Glad you enjoyed your time here in HU :) BTW pro tip: That stuffed cabbage you had was a very poorly made one. There was too much rice in it (it's a common trick to sell that food on the same price but with a bigger revenew, since it was made a lot cheaper....since rice is cheap as hell) It should contain about half the ammount of rice and the rice should be totally cooked. And you can do it in 2 different way: 1. You wrap the meetballs into cabbage leafs and you cook it, (you can fill/grate cabbage also to put it besides the wrapped one into the pot you are cooking it in) 2. You just grate all of your cabbage and you can patch the cabbage to the meatballs and cook it that way. If you want to cook it at home and looking for a recipe, than take care, many sites are also mentioning to add tomato soup to the stuffed cabbage. Don't do it. Hungarians are doing it without tomato. :) Easypeasy. :)
I'm Hungarian both of my parents are and I have a bunch of family there and I go every summer, Budapest is one of the most beautiful city ever I love it and I'm always sad to go back home to the states. I recommend going to Lake balaton.
Your first shot after leaving, walking down that little side street, I thought..."Hey...that street looks familiar..." Turns out you were a block away from where I lived when I worked there. Probably walked along it a dozen times. Budapest is one of the most hidden gems to Americans. (Hamburg too)
yayy... i love Budapest.. it was a pleasant surprise city...loves of history, sights and food was amazing.. i sent you Kara a snapchat of me in front of the Parliament, and also hike up to Citadel for amazing views, and to eat at the Central Market which you were having lunch there.. thanks for responding... they also have a great food tour too! keep up the great vlogs. fyi - its called the Chain Bridge :) with the 2 lions at end of the bridge
I live in Budapest, and ive never realised how beautiful my own city is! Im deffinetly gonna explore it more!(I usually stay home, i dont like leaving the house lol)
If you ever get to Budapest again then you should try the thermal baths. There is one in the hotel right behind you in hotel gallert. It is the best thing I have ever tried. I lived it and it is soooo good for your body. 😊
Heyyy! I know this is pretty old! But I saw one random video of you guys and fell in loveee 💯💯..... Now for the past month have been binge watching you guys whenever possible ❤️❤️... Wish to watch till 700 soon.. Glad to have crossed 200 vlogs this soon 😊... Amazing life guys ❤️
Oh and the stuffed cabbage, I am kind of surprised you didn't get that in Poland as it is also super popular there, right after Pierogi and we call that "Gołąbki" which means Pigeons literally! ;)
The bridge scene..reminds me of Liu Zhou in Guangdong, China, which looks somewhat similar where the long winding river passes around half dozen such bridges in the city area
You did a fine job Kara. Do you wish you had taken food tours in your previous countries? I hope Nate is much better by now. If he still has a fever, he probably has an infection going on somewhere. Better safe than sorry!
The parliament is actually the joint tallest building in Budapest. It was built at the exact same height as the cathedral to signify the equal importance of politics and religion
What happened to to idea of going to see the church in the cave ? Was looking forward to seeing that .. This is a great video, you guys all did a fantastic job with filming all the beautiful sights & sounds :) I certainly enjoyed it ..
I'm Polish and i want to say that Budapest is most beautiful city in Europe! Not Paris ,not London, not Berlin, not Warsaw! Just Budapest ! I love Budapest:) Greetings from Poland

Kara, you sell yourself short! You are not bad at videography, not at all! You did a great job capturing the beauty of that city (I never knew how pretty it would be).
By the way, your friends & family from back home are always THE BEST! You've got great people in your life. 😊 ❤
Just watching this in 2024 and I agree. I loved this one so much with how Kara shot it.
Nate seems to be a really nice guy but Kara is a pain in the proverbial - she is clearly full of herself and so fake
I'm Romanian and I must say that despite our people's historical tensionate relations with the Hungarian people, and the murders that have occurred from this, my favourite city in the world is Budapest.
Păi cară-te la ei, ce mai stai ? :) Ce te reține , "frateeeee" ? ! :/
@@mariusenache6949 eh lasa ca si Bucurestiul e misto in felul lui (glumesc)
Watching from the beginning and this is one of my favorite videos so far. ❤❤
Isn't Budapest the best?! I went there a few weeks back and fell in love.
I miss Budapest so much, I could cry. The City holds such a special place in my Heart. I Hope we can travel again soon...
Oh Hungary has the strongest coffee we have ever had! Loved Budapest
While I absolutely missed Nate in this vlog, I loveeedd the way Kara shot this. 💜
My mom used to make goulash when I was young, and we' don't have a drop of Hungarian in us. Love that stuff, and miss it.
Thanks you Kara and Nate for taking me on the virtual tour of all places u visited
Dylan is such an awesome dude!
Hungarian Goulash is one of my favorite dishes. I grew up eating it. I always ate it with buttered noodles. Um mash potatoes sounds wonderful.
That's how I've had it as well, with spaetzle, but I've never been to Hungary.
I think other than Vienna, Budapest is is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe!! Especially at night!! You should take a night time cruise down the river!! It's absolutely stunning!!

Liberty Bridge ❤ My favorite bridge in Budapest. I lived and worked there for 3 years.
Glad you enjoyed your time here in HU :)

I enjoyed this vlog very much! Budapest has been on my wish list for a while now
I just love Budapest so much! I do missing so much.
Finally someone shows the food and explains what's in it! Had to say that lol. I can't eat gluten and was nice to see they have gluten free food.
Dylan seemed extra excited when he saw the sausage...I kid I kid.
I'm from Budapest so many thankx for this lovely video!!! 💝💝💝
Dylan's rap at the end was the best part! hahah love it!
Great job Kara! I still have the secret jewelry box I bought in Budapest, I forget how go open it often 😊
Best city experience ever. I stayed in Pest the opposite side of the river to Buda. Also went to the iconic baths which were amazing. Soooi jealous
I am going to Budapest and realised I needed to watch over all your budapest’s videos
Your first shot after leaving, walking down that little side street, I thought..."Hey...that street looks familiar..." Turns out you were a block away from where I lived when I worked there. Probably walked along it a dozen times. Budapest is one of the most hidden gems to Americans. (Hamburg too)

Feel better Nate.... from Tucson AZ!
anyone knows the name of the band playing bullet in the head cover at 9:33?
Omg I loved Budapest!
Budapest is wonderful. We will be back in August.
The rice in the cabbage shouldn't be "aldente" so they probably messed it up😀😭 sorry..
A hungarian girl
thanks as a Greek girl I know the same thing. I hope the meat was done
If you ever get to Budapest again then you should try the thermal baths. There is one in the hotel right behind you in hotel gallert. It is the best thing I have ever tried. I lived it and it is soooo good for your body. 😊
Goof balls 😜 loved it!!! Get better NATE we miss you🤒🤕😷😪

That's absolutely a traditional cabbage roll! The sausage is most likely kolbasz, a traditional Hungarian sausage, and it's super yummy 🤗
Oh and the stuffed cabbage, I am kind of surprised you didn't get that in Poland as it is also super popular there, right after Pierogi and we call that "Gołąbki" which means Pigeons literally! ;)
Kara!! GReat job vloginh....and beatboxing!!!! That's a talent we didnt know hahaha
The bridge scene..reminds me of Liu Zhou in Guangdong, China, which looks somewhat similar where the long winding river passes around half dozen such bridges in the city area

You; son of a ! You made me laugh, thanks. :)
My dream place to visit 😍
You did great Kara
Hard rice is not a good sign in stuffed cabbage, they did not cook perfectly
I like that the pot with goulash said gluten free on the side.
soo sad for you nate 🤐
get well soon👊💪
