I lost my pop at the beginning of covid. My dad was just like yours, he loved me/us no matter what, watching your guys breaks me in to tears as I move forward without... Your dad is a amazing person, as you are as well. Keep improving through the limit in his eyes, we wont always be here tomorrow.

Almost lost my father to the virus. He fought and got better right before they had to intubate him. He loves cooking and shares many of the same characteristics that Sursur has. I'd be devistataed if I lost him. I hope you find peace in your heart some day.

Honestly, Susar brightens up everyone’s day.
After seeing a few of your videos i can tell your dad likes portuguese cuisine, a lot of people tend to get defensive about their country's dishes, but being a chef and portuguese i love to see people from other parts of the world using our dishes and techniques to influence their own dishes. We are living in a time where everything is accused of cultural appropriation, and we have to change the term to cultural celebration, celebrating each others cultures makes us relate to one another and brings us together, sorry for the rant, great video!
