- Ageing is a natural process and no one can escape this divine process but we do see some people who look older than their age fellows and then there are some people who do look younger than their same age friends so we need to dive In to try to find out what are the variables which affect whether we look younger or older than others.
For example when someone goes through stress times then they look older than their age so on face of it,it looks that our environment and likewise food affects how old we look irrespective of our chronological age.
