Thank you!!! I’m 72 and have been diagnosed with a too high calcium production... I was also diagnosed with osteoporosis... I’ve been tested a couple of times and am scheduled for surgery to correct the excess calcium. I trust my Dr. and am a client at Sansum clinic in SantaBarbara... I learned a LOT with this video! Thank you so very much for all of your information! I understand so much more than I did!!! Blessings!🙋‍♀️♥️🤗

      Hi.
When ever since primary age is to focus on eats that cover a wide variety of intake The result is that l should pick up alittle here and alittle there and cover as many nutrients l need for healthy body and general health
Good eating is also to go heavy on seasonal foods when in season
      Eating and Fasting
      I hr water fast
8 hrs of varied eats like cooked raw half cooked foods
1 to 2 hrs water fast

Edit 7/6/21: I have low bone density but high arterial calcium plaque (CAC score of 594 a few days ago) though no body pain yet. Why does calcium go into my heart and not my bones? I've even been taking K2, D3, and magnesium for last 4 years. HERE IS THE EDIT: Because I got such a high score I went back to a place I had originally gotten a CAC scan. My last score two years ago was 193. On 7/3/21 THEY said it was now 164 - a decrease in CAC showing that the K2, D3, magnesium works. I'm in the process of trying to find out the discrepancy. Perhaps they are using two different scoring methods. The 164 is the Agatston score. Not good - but IMPROVING!

@@leeyost9917 I have a small lump on my thyroid. Doctor told me they'll keep an eye on it, only biopsy if it gets larger. If it stays the same then it's likely benign. It's been the same size for 10 years, about. He called the calcified things punctuate calcification, and said the body tends to put calcium where it attempts to heal. I sure hope he knows what he's talking about. :)
