Rise & shine! It's time for yoga. Begin your day with this soothing 10 minute morning yoga stretch. No props are needed and this is suitable for all experience levels. We'll go through poses like seated cat and cow, low lunge twist, reclined quad stretch and child's pose.
This 10 minute yoga class is a great way to start your day with mindfulness and positivity. Enjoy and REMEMBER, a little bit of yoga every day is much better than long sessions done every now and then. I hope you'll practice again with me tomorrow :)

This is the first time I cried during yoga, when you said “take a moment to thank yourself for carving out some time JUST for yourself.”
It’s really been hard for me lately because of my work and some life-things, so this really made me emotional. I’m a Yoga beginner, and I try to be consistent but there are some times where I just can’t do it and during those times, I can clearly see that it’s missing from my life.
