    Yes, Magnesium Glycinate, and Apigenin has been a game changer for my ocular migraines, sleep issues, heart arrhythmia, and winter SAD! Magnesium Theonate made a huge difference in my brothers dementia and cognitive function, I wish it were a little more affordable..I'm hoping Costco will pick it up 😊 I've left you great feedback.       Magnesium glycinate is a great option to start with, but if not working you can try magnesium threonate as well from a cost perspective.

      @@susannay.3437 @susannay.3437 Sorry, Susannay, just got a chance to get back with you.
      Initially I had a pretty good deficiency of Magnesium because of a long run of extreme stress. So, I take 360-480 mg a day ( I get mine at Costco 2 capsules=240 mg) 1 in the am, 1 @ noon, 2 @ bedtime with 1-50 mg cap of Apigenin and it puts me out and the Apigenin seems to help keep my glucose levels balanced?!
      But, more importantly, the Magnesium has helped tremendously with my migraines, and strange neurological stuff I had going on, as well as SAD. It took about a month of steady dosing for me to realize the full effects of the magnesium. The apigenin effects on sleep were immediate!
      Dr. Tom has excellent advice on here, as does his wife..LOL..little joke 😊..and yes, if I could afford it right now, I would be taking more Magnesium Theonate! It is awesome, and as I said it had a tremendous impact on my brothers cognitive deficit. It took about 2 to 3 weeks at a slightly elevated dose for him. His wife and the doctors pulled him off it and in 3 weeks he was less able to communicate and withdrawn 😡. He sadly just recently passed.

    When I saw this video I was taking 4 blood pressure meds and magnesium. I switched to the L- threonate and with in a week I’m down to 1 med and my pressure is down to 110/76. Don’t know why . I hope it stays that way. I switched hoping it would help with anxiety. So far I would say it has.

    Magnesium Oil topical is great for pain. I use a spray or roll-on on my joints. Not a cure but does help. It’s not oily/greasy, may sting only when you first use it. Can mix your own using Mag flakes.
    Wonders for leg cramps too.
    I can no longer take Mag bc of autoimmune disease.

    Any reason on how 200mg mag glycinate gives me soft stools/ diarrhea and horrible gas? I need it for heart arrhythmia. Any brands u suggest or?

      It could be an irritation to something in the capsule potentially, I would personally try a couple different types and see if any work best 😊🙏❤️

      I would personally eat them. Lectins are well studied and while technically high concentrations can be inflammatory, most prepared food now is extremely low and most lectins are inactivated. Also the health benefits of these foods are strongly thought to outweigh the negatives.

    Mag glycinate absolutely DOES CAUSE diarrhea. Gives me the squirts every time at any dosage about 50 mg
