    I have been using this video for over a year whilst training for 3 different half marathons, so much so that I can now talk along with Caroline. The instructions and commentary are easy to follow, thrown in with some of Caroline’s jokes… The stretches themselves are very effective and a great combination for calve recovery. I highly recommend using it.
    Thank you for making this video Caroline, my tight calves would be worse off without you!

    My calves have been tight on and off for MONTHS now to the point where it’s literally making me depressed. I’m not a runner, nor do I do high impact workouts so I don’t know why my calves are so tight😔 I only do my 30-40 min daily walks so maybe that’s why? Im going to start doing these exercises daily and hopefully that will relieve the tightness!!

      Do you have a desk job? Sitting often makes your calves hamstring and calves tight.

    All of a sudden I developed pain in one heel when doing downward dog. I suspect I was on my way to some real problems. I did Caroline’s ankle stretches, then added this calf stretching routine. Within three weeks I’ve seen massive improvement in both my ankles and my calves. The one thing I do have to do is change this up, so that the bent knee downward dog is before the single leg with other foot behind. Thank you SO much!

    I loved it! It was much needed after running with my calf in pain and I loved how you got straight to the stretches instead of giving us your whole life story like others do in their stretch videos.

    YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY I AM!!!
    I JUST CAME FROM A HARD,HARD RUN,MY LONGEST YET AND MY BODY WAS STIFF AS NAILS
    I SEARCHED,FAR AND WIDE,BACKA ND FORTH (youd be surprised how many useless,repetitive stretches there are out there..well for me at least)

    Thanks so much! My calves are always in pain. And this video has a lot of great stretches that I haven't seen/done before. I think that the diversity of stretches really helps loosen my calves even more.

    Just did for the first time, and WOW! Immediate results! I experienced RLS last night, very uncommon for me, and knew I needed to stretch, but videos with effective calf stretches are difficult to find! Thanks Caroline, since I love your neck & shoulders routine(s) you were my first (and last) choice when I began the search!

    This really help me. I play soccer n the coach make us run a lot n when I finish or usually in practice my calf n shin will hurt n feel very tight. This exercise really helped Ty

    Hi Caroline, I have been doing these exercises regularly for the past few weeks and they have made such a difference to my calves. They have been super tight and painful for some months and whilst some sports nasssge/physio have helped this session of yours has been excellent. It's easy enough to do on a daily basis and short enough to do when I'm getting ready for work

    I have planter fasciitis, and stretching my calfs helps a lot. Doing this run of stretches makes it easier to do, and the time flies by

    Fantastic calf stretch routine. I have ridiculously tight calves from a lot of running over the years I am now switching to walking and incorporating your strength and cardio routines. This calf stretch routine is an added bonus 🙏

    Hi Caroline - I've got high hamstring tendiopathy. Doing your exercises for that. However, tight dull pain in calves too. I work out a lot. My question is - should I not be doing this video because it will stretch and not strength the hamstrings too? Thanks!

    This greatly helped my tight calves. I ran on the beach and that always makes my calves tight as it works other muscles not normally worked during other running activities.

    Hi Caroline, Can this routine be done if someone has EDS hypermobility? If so, how often per day can it be done? I have very painful gastro/soleus affecting my feet. Thank you for all the videos you put out.

    This is a fantastic video. A lot of other vids online seem very advanced to me and the stretches are much too deep. This one however: Offered modifications, could be done by anyone and didn't require me to have the flexibility of a gymnast xD Thank you so much, I enjoyed this

    I have an annoying problem, my right leg and calf is super flexible and it’s super easy to do the splits, but my other calf is sooo inflexible and I can’t even flex it all the way while sitting upright. Thanks for the video tho it rlly helped!

    i am a long distance runner and i have issues with the calves also a shin splint on both legs. So, that helps especially after a hard core running day :D

    Knee going over the toes is very bad for the knees !
