    After watching your pre and post run stretches, not only do my runs feel much easier, but I’ve found that I’ve increased my running distance by quite a bit. Thank you.

    Thanks Ash! Added this on to your post run stretch of 10/20 that I did after my run today . Finally made 5 miles today 😊 and wanted to do something extra to 'thank' my body . Slow and steady comeback continuing and because of your videos today's 5 miles seemed pretty easy! Looking forward to the upcoming videos!!

    Your videos are amazing. I needed a video for a tight calf muscle. I sprained my right ankle, which is now better, but I think it caused my left calf muscle to become tight after running. Your videos are the only videos that (1) have very dynamic stretches!! (2) always do both sides equally, and (3) show you exactly in real time how long to do each exercise, rather than say "Go and do that for 1 minute" and then cut away.

    This is great, first time I've done this exercise it's really effective and very interesting to learn the names of the different muscles in the calf and what they do. Thank you will definitely use this exercise regularly.

    Thank you so much for this! The first exercise was really really hard for me but the last one I barely felt anything - are they working different muscles? I was always told I had very short calf muscles

    I literally don’t know if I’m not steching my calves correctly. But I just run 20k this Sunday it was great then Monday hit 4k then did leg day and today I couldn’t barely run. My calves itch so much
