      Hey Kassandra I think that you could have had fewer poses, and held them for longer in this class. As it is all about earth and grounding, I felt that by rushing the poses you didn't quite do justice to the theme. I enjoy most of your classes, so it's only some friendly feedback. Thanks

    Kassandra, your sessions are always so creative and perfectly in flow. I loved this one, especially the challenge of balancing and holding my foot out to the side. The mediation at the end brought me to tears as I continue my journey of being my most confident authentic self. Thank you for being apart of my journey.❤

    I was feeling so out of balance. Way too much action energy and not enough receiving energy. This class really showed me I was correct! Everything of one side was doable, everything on the other was ... Less doable 😂😂

    I love all of your Elemental Yoga flows. These 25 min flows are a really good length. I loved bear pose! I really loved the blend of grounding and challenging asanas. Thank you Kassandra, namasté from Spain

    Really liked that Kassandra. The one grasping the toes is just about impossible for me but that's okay. Love the grounding of this flow.

      Yes I found that toe grip one leg balance impossible too! Loved the other postures & did feel grounded. Thank you this is my second enjoyable ‘element’ session🙏😊

    I really loved this practice, thank you. It was as always, very relaxing with a few opportunities to expand my practice and I felt very connected to the Earth all the way through. In the seated meditation, I had a beautiful conversation with Mother Earth which is going to lead me now into my journalling. Kassandra, you are offering the world such a beautiful gift in being yourself. Keep shining your gorgeous, peaceful light.

    Yesterday I did this class just before I left home to do a dance class

    But what I do remember is feeling really thankful. And it's been a brilliant transition into Going Out. So much so that I remember to leave a comment now

    Really appreciated being challenged like this today! I am fairly new to yoga and every day i realize I am not that flexible! Bear pose and the toe grabbing pose were difficult but this is helping me so much. Cannot thank you enough for providing these sessions for free.

    Enjoyed this esrth flow today. The toe hold with leg lift to the side was quite challenging. I've been following your channel for about the past 5 or 6 months and doing a morning yoga almost every day. I started with 10 minute sessions and now usually do 15/20 minute ones and sometimes 30 if I get up early enough.
    I really enjoy your style and reminders for setting intentions and go back and forth between vinyaasa and yin depending on what I feel I need. If you ever have time to share some more 20 minute or so yin sessions that would be great as I have gone through each of those videos multiple times.
    Thank you for your fabulous work. It has made a tremendous difference in my energy and recovery from runs.

    i didn't feel in a stable, grounded place before practise but found some during it, the affirmations connected to nature were more like growing, exploring, loving. so you can adapt it for your own needs etc, thanks kassandra
