I struggle to find the best possible 19-20 inch Summer tyres for my BMW 535i xDrive 2012. What I am absolutely sure is though, I do not want any RFT! Do you recommend buying older-generation tyres WITH * or newer Generation WITHOUT * ??? Thank you
Please don't get me wrong, I am very seriously considering these tires as replacements for what I have now (which are run flats), and I am positive that the performance would be epic. I cannot justify, however, buying such an expensive tire and not getting the benefit of a run flat, as my car does not have any sort of spare tire option, nor does it have a 12 volt compressor and tire sealant. If I get a flat, I am stuck until I get towed to a tire shop that can fix (if possible) or replace the tire which could take a week or more. How much would a flat cost me on this tire in money and time? Would the repair affect high speed reliability? For me this is a huge point to consider, knowing that most flats, although rare, are caused by small diameter objects that a run flat can handle.
I have these on a 2021 c63s w205 and my back wheels definitely do a fair bit of spinning when I launch it. Is there anything that's a little bit stickier than this that won't wear out in less than 5k miles?

Sir question ... my corvette has 335/25/zr20 back tires . I found 335/30/zr20 the half price !!! Is this a problem ? Why are they lot cheaper ? Im not a track driver by the way. Can you help me sir ?
The /30 sized tires will be a little bit taller and 'puffier' looking then the lower profile /25 sized ones. The end result would mean every time the /30 tire rolls, it will cover almost 5% more distance than the /25 sized tires. This can cause some confusion with speedometer readings which could get you pulled over for accidentally speeding for example, or cause error codes with a vehicles ABS systems, etc. The reason the price is higher for those /25 sized ones is two fold. 1) The lower the profile of the tire, the more difficult the mold is to make and manufacture. 2) Fewer vehicles need tires in this size, so due to economies of scale they are also more expensive since fewer tires are sold in that size vs a more standard 18" variation.

This is not overkill? Then, I will not be getting these tires.
For any vehicle pushing north of 300 hp to the wheels, the PSS's were king. They have now been replaced by the new PS4S tire starting with 19" and 20" sizes with 18" sizes being released now.
ModBargains Thanks for the pointer! I really want the best when it comes to tires. I don't care if my car needs it right now, I just want the headroom to work with.
