Minor correction on the Twitch Drops, it's ANY streamer that streams PD3, not just partners. So you can watch any channel you like. The concept of weapon mods in DLCs working for older guns I actually never noticed. I guess I'm really just not playing loud so much lol. An interesting concept for sure and I guess weird that they haven't re-used it in PD3 once again. Another minor correction, the additional objectives on BIB don't net you more money, instead it nets you more XP for gun levels and skill-trees. I agree that the RNG could have more versatility. Another special mechanic in stealthing BIB is that the cops behave differently (Shade calls it out in the beginning). The cops will not trigger a Search, instead they sound the alarm immediately (the only exception being cam-guard). An interesting mechanic for sure which could be considered a difficulty increase for stealth in the future. A solid summary nontheless.
My biggest gripes with the BiB update are: The MP5 isn't called the "Compact 5" The MP7 is called "Compact 7" so it's not a legal problem And it's not to avoid confusion because we have "Signature 40" and "Signature 403" in the same game. Also you can have a round in the chamber on the LMG THAT'S NOT HOW OPEN-BOLT WEAPONS LIKE LMGS WORK YOU CAN'T CHAMBER A ROUND WITHOUT IMMEDIATELY FIRING IT Edit: I am referring to belt-fed LMGs here

3:05 The queens wrath in PD2 was based on the L85A1. You can tell as the magazine release does not have the safety cover around it to prevent accidental mag drops. This was unique to the A1 variant as the A2 onwards did have the feature
Actually the round coming out for the ATK is accurate. MP5s are notoriously hard to reload unless the bolt is pulled back. So you can't really reload with one in the chamber
Ngl I’ve actually enjoyed this heist a lot. Kind of looking forward to seeing how Year 2 works out with bringing back the community, because I’m loving it since coming back from launch

boys in blue seems like its the best payday 3 has to offer for an original heist, liking where the game is going maybe it'll be worth buying a year from now.
Overkill weapons are neat in concept but don't quite feel right for Payday. It's a brand new feature for the game and we get... 2 options? One an incredibly underwhelming aoe option, the other a blatantly superior dedicated anti-bulldozer weapon that gives wall hacks and penetrates walls. And they haven't added even a third option yet? It feels like they went "wouldn't it be cool?" Added it, then immediately ran out of ideas of what to do with the system.
personally hate the entire power weapon thing its stupid its pretty obvious in both that and the health system they just saw what cod did and copied it over without thinking of it being 2 very different games, also hate the fact that there are only handguns as secondary weapons its just boring to me.
Overkill learned that PD3 is most likely a lost cause and is already letting staff work on the their new DnD game. And with their track record it will fail even harder than Raid WW2.
@@skeley6776 im mostly referring to the “lost cause” part lol. starbreeze has said multiple times that they will support PD3 for years with or without those 18 months their publishers gave them, so you saying that they have essentially given up on the game couldnt have been more wrong, especially when things are starting to look up with recent updates.

Like I said they are already letting people work on something else while PD3 needs updates very badly.
