Keypad is garbage, the key bounces or stuck in the closed position won't open the door with first try, maybe second try, third try or more or dead battery. You wouldn't know, got locked out of the house. Anyway thanks for the video, didn't know you could erase the code, my neighbor's remote opens my garage door. If your garage door mysteriously opens, maybe that's why, someone has the same code.

Worked for me. Just had to replace the battery of the exterior keypad

I have same whisper drive unit with same model number, I was able to wipe out code and reprogram the remote. but not the outside panel :(
