      Karan Shah It was different fitness blender work outs. I did 3 strength training videos a week, targeting different body parts each day. Also did 2 cardio/hitt videos a week lasting from 30-45 min. I took about 7-8 months. It has been almost 2 years ago now

    I'm 47 years old and have been working out for the past 28 years, but was stuck in HUGE rut...coming across these routines have been life changing! In 4 months I lost 38lbs and a total of 35 1/2 inches. My daughter-in-law asks where I got my "six pack" (really just a 4 pk, lol), and I went from a size 9-10 to 3-4. What's even crazier is I eat way more than I did at my heavier weight (avoid processed foods). All I can say is "Thank you, Daniel and Kelli"!

    The best thing in the world is hearing "This workout is complete" at the end of every fitness blender video! I'm a 19 year old guy and I workout regularly, yet these workouts always kick my butt! I feel great afterwards tho! :D

      i think thats really a big plus...you can just open another window with your playlist and listen to your own music (on 50% volume) and the instructions stay understandable at the same time :)

    thank you fitness blender i joined a gym a year ago didnt lose weight starting using ur routines two months ago down 40 plus pounds!! and still going feeling better, more energetic, and best of all playing with my kids running around with them more!! trust me everyone one of these videos a day is life changing ask my family!!

    Hi! My name is Imane and i've been working on my weight loss for about a year now. I started doing your workouts 1-2 times a week 4 months ago and I can't believe how much your workouts have helped me to reach my goal of losing 51 pounds! I've lost 35 pounds all together. I don't do the work outs every week since I incorporate other exercises such as strength training, running, walking rowing into my week. But when I do this work out I actually end up losing up to 4.5 pounds in an entire week which is amazing. I also calorie count which is extremely helpful! I eat about 1,130 net calories per day. and for those days when I want to eat a full 2000 calories this work out is perfect because it allows me to eat what I want and still lose a lot of weight! Thank you so much for everything! :)The only reason I haven't reached my goal yet is because I keep working on it on and off so I basically lost 20 pounds in a month then stop losing weight all together for 3. lol. But now I am on a role since I am incorporating this every week and will be reaching my goal by November. :)

      +thao huyen I counted my calories and I exercised at least 4 times a week. I didn't follow a diet. I just tracked my nutrients and if I felt like eating something sweet then I would make up for with more exercise or lowered my calories for other meals.

    This is my 3rd week in workout routine, and from the very 1st day i wanted to do this one, I thought TODAY would be that day, and as I started this one I already wanted to give up, during HIIT it was unbearable, my body was burning and sweating like Hell, but i continued, little did I knew it got easier and easier with Strength Training and Core Training and Cool down (My most favorite part) OMG I cannot believe I actually did complete this routine.
    And I lived for "This Workout is complete". I was actually sobbing hearing the most beautiful word ever.

    oh just finished this workout....I was nearly about to quit during HIIT and cardio session but then I decided to complete this whole 84 min workout so that I don't have any regret of leaving it in the middle...this was my first that long workout... first I was very furious during cardio but now I'm loving it...thank u so much...keep it up :)

    hey commenters just a tip! This is for the couch potatoes like me who want to exercise but want to just watch tv... I put at home workouts like this on my phone and set my phone by the tv and do the workout while im watching tv so that way i can watch tv and burn calories because for me watching tv makes my workout seem to just fly by especially if you measure it by shows :) if anyone else has any tips or things like this that they do let me know

    This is my second time doing this video through the 8 week program (week 7) and I was able to complete the whole thing both times, but this second time through I have noticed I recovered quicker between exercises and was able to lift heavier weights! It's amazing what just a month of pushing yourself will do! Thank you guys for all of your dedication & hard work!

    I did it!!!! I tried it today the first time & I did the whole epic crazy sweaty routine!! I still can't believe I lasted through the entire 84 mins.     This is my second week with HIIT. I do it 3-4 times a week, each targeting different muscle groups, 1 hour a day. I love being challenged! Finished out of breath but feeling outstanding. I also complement it with running, on the off days. I love it, love it!

    this workout is great. i can't believe i completed it and toward the end i found myself trying to make the exercises harder..that first HIIT section really energized me!

    I recommend 4-6 times (30 to 60 minutes) of Cardio AND 3 times per week Strength training if you are trying to lose weight. Why strength train and not just cardio for weight loss?? because you want ALL those beautiful muscles to shine thru after those layers of fat are gone :) this workout is great bc you get the cardio and strength hammered out in one session!

    tried other half hour workout routines from other youtube channels but ended up hurting my shoulder and elbow and my knees. found this routine, and extremely satisfied with the workout. its long yes but it is safe enough for me. burned the calories i wanted to burn but no injuries to speak of.

    Oh my.... I read a lot of people about eating 500 cal a day and finishing this workout.
    500 cal is my breakfast! If I skip breakfast (I never skip it), I know I can't finish this!
    Seriously do they wanna kill themselves? :O

      EV lution I guess they're just doing it to lose weight but doing that is counter productive because it would slow the metabolism and they would not gain any muscle.

      It's scary that people do this to their bodies, you need calories (from clean food) to function, or your body will go into starvation mode! That just puts you at risk of binging and gaining all your weight back. You're not alone with your 500 calorie breakfast, I eat about that too, but it's always healthy. I wouldn't be able to function with less than 1800 calories, even thats not enough!

      +EV lution Agreed. You cannot starve yourself and expect for your body to perform, look good or feel good. In the end you end up either shutting down your organs and causing damage to your body (eating disorders can even be deadly) , or yes, ironically, setting up a scenario in which you gain weight. I'm the person in this video and I often eat over 3000 calories a day. I eat real, whole foods - really as much of them as I feel I need. It's upsetting to see people killing themselves (sometimes literally) for an atheistic goal when ironically, starvation diets, and really fad diets of any kind, do not work.

      Keep it up :) I gave up cardio almost 6 months ago to do strength training and today I came back to my first cardio I nearly died the first 30 something minutes but it was awesome :D Best part was when it said workout complete at the end of the video

    I really like these 1000 calorie workouts...when I'm done! I torture myself with the clock for about the first half, then stop watching, and get through it. So glad when I'm done. Good workout structure, never boring, which is THE workout killer. Thanks Kelli and Daniel. You two are the BEST. Would love more 1000 cals.

      Try to eat more protein. Like boiled eggs, etc. just cut a little bit carbohydrates

      +Laura Garzon CARBS. (Not processed ones obviously). Maybe some oats, rice or potatoes-whole, carb-rich food to replenish your energy- Protein contains very little energy and will not be enough to sustain these types of workouts long term :)

      +Laura Garson well always after training, you could eat banana or a protein shake. :) do not eat apples after workout. try to do the workout 3-4 times a week in the morning before you eat anything.

    I started at about 40:00 and went to about 53:00 and it was difficult. I only have 5lb weights but those are enough for me. It's night time for me so I didn't want to make noise. I can't wait to start these exercises in a few days I want to start a healthy life style.

    Ahhh! I finished this whole video!! I inly stopped ince for about ten minutes to make my sick son some soup. Feeling great! I needed after eating a ton of processed junk today.     This workout is the best. You don't feel extremely tired but it requires you to push yourself very hard. The first 30 minutes are the hardest after that it goes smoothly.

      Tanja Klein Ich hab laut meiner Pulsuhr etwas weniger als 600 Kalorien verbrannt, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher wie akkurat die ist ;) Kommt wahrscheinlich auch auf Größe und Gewicht an. Aber 600 ist ja auch definitiv nicht schlecht!

    i finish this workout twice so far (in 4 days since I first found it)! My second time doing it was just much much better than the first time: my legs, arms, abs and hearts felt stronger; my body just got used to the intense workout; ans I was able to raise the weight of the dumbbell a little bit. Will try it regularly on longtemps and let you guys know the result! Thanks Fitness Blender for incredible workouts!!!
