    I was half-way through the strength set before I realized that when Kelli was telling us the TOTAL weight she using, NOT PER HAND! After I adjusted down, my crying quieted to intermittent sobs.

      +FitnessBlender Was able to finish a 1000 calorie workout for the first time! Though I took several breaks lol. Hardest part for me was the HIIT. Loved the strength part the most and I did a mix of low and high impact. Thanks for the awesome workout!

    workout complete~ I struggled through the HIIT section. This 55 year old just doesn't have the endurance she used to. I follow the easier version but kick it up when I can. No problem though getting through the weights, abs and cool down. Never thought I could do such a long workout but I'm getting better thanks to you two. You motivate me so much, and for that I thank you!

    I figured I'd do an 1000 calorie workout as punishment since I missed my workout day last Monday and let me tell you, I will never miss a Monday workout again. I was running on fumes by time I got half way done with the strength training. I have no clue how I even got through the abs section but I am glad to say WORKOUT COMPLETE!

    I finished!!! WORKOUT COMPLETE!! This is the most brutal one of all your 1000 calorie workouts. After this one my hands are legs are both shaking. I'm really happy I finished this though!!

    I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for all these amazing workouts! I had two babies literally back to back and didn't get the chance to work off the weight from the first - so I had double my pregnancy weight to go through. Thanks to you guys & a healthy diet I've lost all the weight from my second baby and am on my way to my pre-pregnancy weight in no time!

    I did this one all the way through when it was 106 degrees f in my house with no air conditioning, and the neighbors upwind were manuring their field with chicken stuff. That "workout complete" was incredibly rewarding.

    Never done this one before, and it was awesome! I love getting HIIT out of the way first, and I love doing weights for 40 seconds at a time instead of sets because I feel like I hit those muscles more than any other! Superb workout :)

    I finished this workout at 9:05pm on January 15 after i got off from work( I drive for a living), and i got to say if I could give the two of you high fives I would. This workout was intense and awesome all in one. I enjoyed doing it and will do this workout again. I did all of your other 1000 calorie workouts, but this one seemed a bit harder( not saying the other ones were easy...They were difficult), but this one wore me out. I had to open my windows and it is cool here in Florida. Much love guys, thanks for all you do.

    Workout complete! This one was really tough, but I made it through the whole thing. As a high school English teacher, I don't get a ton of time to work out on the weekdays -so getting something like this in on a Saturday makes me feel ready to jump into the next week. Thank you, fitness blender! I love working out with you guys! I was able to stick with Daniel for most of it but did the modifications when I needed to. You guys have taught me that form is more important than speed and as long as I keep moving, I'm still getting a good workout. I always wonder if I get anywhere near burning 1000 cal during these workouts, but even if I'm toward the low-end of calorie burn -I feel like a badass.

    This is my first time attempting your 1000 calorie workouts and I am so happy I made it all the way through! Thank you so much for your amazing workout videos. I also love how you promote a wholesome healthy life that doesn't obsess over counting calories and working out excessively.
    I do have a question though, how should I plan my workout routines with your videos in a week? How many HIIT per week is safe and how much strength training is appropriate for an overall effective workout routine? I do want to focus more on my lower body but I also don't wish to neglect the other parts of my body so any tips would be great! Thank you so much guys and keep up the great work. :)

    I used to thought that 1000 calories work-out videos were not for me, but now I change my mind, I love how you guys do it in the low impact version, I got a big upper body so it's very hard for me to do the jumping, but with the easy version, I can do the whole work-out.     I just wanted to say you two are amazing. You two are positive, encouraging, and yet realistic. I love your workouts. They are fantastic. Before, I started losing weight I was 150, now I'm down to 145 my goal is 130. With clean eating, water,and your workouts I believe I'll get there. Thanks for doing what you do, and keep it up!. You two make working out fun, .

    I've done this for the 2nd time since you guys released this video and my progress today was fantastic. The first time I was completely winded after the hiit portion and struggled throughout the rest of the video. Today I progressed through the hiit and strength training fairly well, I felt the exhaustion kick in during the abs portion. Again, great workout guys!😀😍😍

    Workout complete :) when I started working out to lose weight I checked out your channel and I saw the 1000 calorie workout videos and thought who is able to do this. I thought only really athletic people can, but now 6 months later I did two 1000 calorie workouts an planning to try the others.

    I've been doing the Strong and Lean 5 day challenge for 5 weeks now and I used this as my day 5 for this week because I wanted to see if I could do it! These 1000 cal workouts sounded so intimidating a month ago, but I'm proud to say I made it through! I haven't lost any weight so far, but I've seen big changes in my endurance and strength.     I did it! As for your question, my least favorite exercises are burpees, star jumps, jumping lunges, and just about every core exercise in this routine. But hey, that's why I throw these in my routine. If it's not a challenge, what's the point?

    Oh guys, I'm so thankful... it's freaking impossible to find a normal workout vids on TH-cam, especially low impact. I injured my tailbone few weeks ago... God damn that hurts... I can't jump, sit, run...lift anything heavier than ten pounds.. . and of course I gained weight a little and feel like crap , but your low impact workout vids are just saving grace for me for real. I did everything with maximum comfort to myself.. with pauses, slowl and controlled.. Oh my gosh it feels so good.. painless for my back... but effective. I feel so much better... my recovery goes lot faster and im so so so so so thankful to you guys I just can't say enough... you're the best. many kisses 😘😘😘. Ellie (Russia).

    My first time ever actually completing a 1000 calorie workout. Did it this afternoon. Had to switch from low-impact to high intensity in the HIIT session, though. Feels good to have done something I once considered The Dreaded.

    Cannot wait to start this workout!! I was at a weight loss plateau for two weeks but I completed your 5 day challenge an finally I broke through the plateau an the weight is finally dropping again!!!     Upped my weights during this workout for the first time to my heaviest weight options (15 kg for lower body, 10/7,5 kg for upper body) and this really took the workout to another level for me. I'm completely worn out in the best way. For me, you always will be the best fitness channel - almost 9 years with you and going strong!

    I finished this workout and my FitBit logged it. I'm 26 years old, 145 lb, female and I'm about 5"7'. I did the entire workout and got sweating and my heart rate going. My FitBit recorded my heart rate and kcals burnt and apparently I burnt 433kcal. Not near 1000kcal but it's awesome knowing I got my cardio, strength and ab's all done in one workout. And 433 kcals is still a good amount! But if you or anyone has a good idea as to why I didn't burn as much let me know?! :-S Love your videos :) xx

      +Vicki Meigh Those calorie counting devices are not very accurate, particularly when it comes to HIIT and strength training (ironically, the 2 best for fat/weight loss!). There are many variables that influence caloric expenditure but I would not put much stock into that readout (and really, the exact number of calories burned is not that important - the fact that you're moving and exercising and being active is what most matters and it's good to not focus too much on those figures).

      +Vicki Meigh Remember size plays a major role in caloric burn. By just saying burn 1000 calories is extremely inaccurate. Someone who's 200 pounds burns more calories than someone who's 140 pounds doing the same exact activity.
      I am a trainer at a resort and we consistently run people through the same workouts and the exact same nutrition throughout the week and 9 times out of ten someone who weighs 200 pounds is going to lose more than someone who weighs 150 pounds because again they burn more calories because it takes more energy for them to do the same activities.
      However I agree with fitness blender about the inaccuracies of fitness monitors...

      +Vicki Meigh a chest strap heart rate monitor is way more accurate than the wrist one, the biggest thing is you got moving and those muscles burned and you are getting stronger and more toned. I would say you burned 15% more after your workout from the high intensity moves you did. - people refer to that as an afterburn effect.

    This was my first 1,000 calorie workout ever! It took me 2 hours, but I did it in full. I was always a little scared of them before, but now I see myself having one of these as a weekend ritual. Thanks, Daniel and Kelli!

    Finished this workout. I think this is the first 1000 calorie workout I've been able to complete all the way through. I would say the hardest part of the workout is the HIIT section, but I'm glad the workout got progressively easier towards the end.

    I FINISHED IT!! Yes I’m a few years late BUT STILL!! I only had one dumbbell this time so I had to improvise and split up my strength stuff but I was hyped up all day at work and I DID IT!! I used to only do the kickboxing videos when I lost weight for the first time about 3 or 4 years ago and I would NEVER have thought I could make it through a beast like this.
    So many thanks to Fitness Blender y’all literally changed my life!!!!!

    Kelli, you said that strengh training will help to lose weight, but ever since I started incorporating it in my routine I've been gaining weight instead (I also do HIIT and cardio). I understand that I gain muscule tissue that way, but I'm kinda concerned that I'm already 7kg bigger than I used to be and that's not desirable for me. Any advice?

    HIIT was definitely hard. I was actually sick for 5 days and let my body rest because I just had too. I felt bad doing it but, I know my body appreciates it. Coming back was a kick in the butt. I finished with a few longer breaks but finished! I needed this after feeling down. Thanks guys!

    I literally tried my hardest at completing this, I told myself if it gets too difficult, I don't have to complete the whole thing; but knowing my determined butt, I went as easy as I know my body can take and I completed the whole workout!! Omgggg the first longest workout I have done so far! Usually I feel bad for going slightly slower during exercises, or pausing more than I was supposed to, but I still felt EVERYTHING, the burning oh my, lol so I actually feel very proud of myself for completing this!! Also this was my first HIIT workout as well! I suck at cardio so that is why I have never done a difficult one, but I was feeling more adventurous today and decided to try my fate with this, Lol I of course, got light-headed because I always do with cardio, but that is why I took more breaks than normal and also I mostly stuck with the low impact version since it was easier for me, thank you fitness blender! My arms are burning while typing this!! xD I need some fruit. x_x

    The intensity went from 0 to 1000 i swear i lost it in the burpee round ,then came the planks and the squat lunge ,so brutal and good in the same time cuz you know that sooner or later the active rest will come .The cardio HIIT is for me the best combination .Thank you guys .Best 1000 calories yet .

    At the beginning of last year I was 155 lbs and very out of shape. Forget touching my toes, I could barely touch my kneecaps! With the help of workouts like this, yoga, and water intake; I am now 115 lbs. Before you freak out I am 5'2 so that is a healthy weight. If there are any tips I could give I would strongly suggest doing the gallon challenge! I started it at the beginning and I have not looked back!

    Halfway through the hour of strength and HIIT I'm asking myself why I even bother, then we get to the work out complete screen and I remember. It's hard to get up and motivate yourself to do this stuff, but I'm glad I did.

    I did this one the day before leaving for a vacation. It was awesome! I wanted to go all in before I went, as I won’t be able to workout with you guys whilst on my vacation. I can go jogging and things like that but I won’t have access to your videos and that makes me so sad. My bf jokes about me being so upset about not being able to workout with you guys but I will seriously miss it so much in these two weeks!
