*criticism* So that gui layout was not used until December 1995, in which the beta textures were used. They did not change the new layout textures until April 1996, and the now modern textures were used. This could be summer 95 and not early 96
Here is why: -Music (This was used from a remake of the super Mario 64 beta archive. And as proven, it’s fake.) -Ui (The Top UI uses the early 1995 version) -Luigi (It’s super MARIO 64, not super LUIGI 64, and it wouldn't make sense for Nintendo to just advertise Luigi. I don’t know any more reasons, but this should be enough to show proof.

Yes, Luigi was in the sm64 beta, In the beta multiplayer, but multiplayer was in final version deleted and Luigi with multiplayer was too deleted :(
