SM64 - RIP Club Nintendo (supermariosan100's Mini Hack)

For those who are extremely confused, let me explain: Basically, from what i searched, Club Nintendo shut down in late 2015 and, with that news in mind, Alex (Aka supermariosan100) made his hack as a form of "tribute" to this service that was going to shut down. Most likely this was supposed to be used in a video or something like that, may have been used for this purpose but it's unknown due to mariosan's channel being a long lost media.
Notice that the title song for this mini-hack was repurposed into Super Mario Land 64's Build 5 title song, a hack that awesomelukeyproject/Cybertanuki was working on and was friends with mariosan back then (apparently?). Also some of the assets used on the HUD were used on some old screenshots of mariosan's beta hack.

It was just a simple tribute, nothing more nothing less. There doesn’t have to be a deeper meaning or anything, a lot of the stuff like this was just a love letter
