Hi there, my iPhone had to be restored and I couldn't unpair it and now I'm having trouble pairing it with the same phone that was reset to its factory settings. If I erase all data that would also include my Activity? Is there a way to keep it without loosing that data?
Wow that was a bit quick but what I needed. From 0:50-1:00. Would have love if you slowed it down to like maybe 30-60 seconds because I had to rewind and slide around to see what you actually did. I had to hit "all watches" to get to that first screen, which is why I was struggling to find it in the first place.

You did NOT explain how to unpair from the apple watch. You just said you can do the same on your watch. if I don't have my old phone HOW do i unpair on my Watch in settings?
Why do they make it so hard just to pair your old watch to a new phone. I unpaired my watch from my old phone, it’s unpaired but my watch did not reset or anything like that.
40 minutes later I got it to work, when I paired it I didn’t click send by mail I just agreed and and it started to pair to my new phone before it would ask for activation email lock. it works reset it on your watch if you don’t have access to your old phone

If you restore from your iPhone backup you will keep your stats.

You have to do a reset the watch. That will erase it for pairing with your next iPhone.
