A lot of the wisdom, quotes, and self-help that get talked about on TV shows, TH-cam channels, and podcasts these days as if they are new ideas, Oprah was discussing on her show between 1986 and 2011. She has an immeasurable and lasting effect on Culture (big 'C'). For many years, the slogan of her show was "Live your best life", even before that became a zeitgeisty / social media thing.
