Hi Polly, today was my first session with you. I was just diagnosed with Parkinsonism. I won’t know if it’s actual Parkinson’s for about a month. I have the classic systems of Parkinson’s. I’m scared. Your exercises today were wonderful. I have trouble with my coordination so I’m looking forward to getting better and better every day. Thank you for this video which was recommended to me by my neurologist.

Hello Carolyn, we are so glad you found us and exercised with us today--these workouts really do help to manage many of the symptoms of Parkinson’s and can make us feel better! The recommendation is to exercise at least 2 1/2 hours every week--exercise is medicine! And yes, the coordination exercises can be tricky at first but they really do get better with practice and can enhance neuroplasticity along the way!
