How you are, Polly? I still love your sessions. Each standing exercise I did twice hoping to improve my balance. I do it every video of yours that includes standing part. You know, I'm working on it since joining PfP. Well, as they say in Russia "the hope dies last".

Hi Moshe, Have you ever read Emily Dickinson’s poem, ‘Hope is the Thing with Feathers’? Hope is an essential ingredient for life, isn’t it? Exercise can help us feel better and manage PD-we are so pleased that you go through the standing exercises twice--we hope you notice improvement and we hope you have a good week!
Thanks Polly. The front, down, up, out exercise at speed was a challenge. We will have to practice that one. We are away on holiday for a couple of weeks so you wont hear from us for a short while. Paula and Jon

Nicely timed workout with some standing and sitting exercises that I liked. I need to learn to count faster.. Ha.. I will watch again to work on the quick movements! Thanks.. from Linda

Another A+ workout, Polly. We liked the way you had us speed up the exercises. Using the stick was a great way to increase our range of motion. It's Tulip Time in Holland. Our warm spring has encouraged many of the flowers to bloom early😕. Great for us who live here but disappointing perhaps for our visitors.
High intensity exercise is so important for PD and we’re so happy you had fun with this one! We’ll be sure Polly sees this message. Holland sounds beautiful! We wish we were there!
