Timing. I pulled a Thai Peanut Chicken Satay freezer meal out and have it in the crockpot for tonight's dinner. I'll serve it over jasmine rice and topped with toasted chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro 😋

Never done this before and it looks great but…. If in deep freezer in aluminum pan , how do I avoid freezer burn on Chicken if it’s in there for months???
Wrap it really well
I'm thinking of trying the chicken with the pesto,tomatoes,etc. Since it's just me, I would try making each individual serving by putting the chicken on a pan, add the toppings ( I would leave off cheese until ready to cook) and flash freeze. Then put each piece in a zip lock bag, leave it open and place it in a Food Saver bag to vacuum seal. By doing this, I can take out one serving (or more if having company). Remove from the *clean FS bag and allow to thaw in the zip lock bag. Add cheese before cooking.

I love the time savers of prepping 2, but saving 1 for later. But, with having the oven already going for the one, I'd cook both at the same time. It'll not only save money, and time, by not having to turn the oven on again, but if you have power outages, it'd be quicker to reheat an already cooked meal on a little bbq, than having to cook it longer. I guess being in CA with rolling blackouts, and sky high utility rates, I'm also all abt not using the oven any more than I have to. I love all of these recipes. Where did you buy the chx in such bulk, and great price? Thx for your awesome videos.

It was slightly big when I got it. But when I lost weight it really didn’t fit anymore. I have a new beautiful ring now.
All of them look so good but have to make everything dairy free...so things never taste as good
