I enjoyed this video, the variety was nice and these meals are simple. I love to cook but there are days that I really just need to pull it out of the freezer and throw in a crockpot because no matter how busy or tired I am I really want a healthy homecooked meal for us. Thanks for sharing.

Your channel is so underrated. It's so hard to find meals for a family and keep variety in there. Your channel helps me so much! I literally leaf through cookbooks from my library all the time yet still seem to go with the same recipes all the time.

Could get fancy and blanche veggies like cobbed corn, broccoli florets etc in salted boiling water a couple minutes then cool and bag and freeze for best texture.
I've tried that chicken potatoe broccoli casserole before, and while it did taste delicious it took a long time to get the potatoes cooked and some were black from not being covered in enough liquid. I would definitely recommend paraboiling any potatoes first before you freeze to make cooking quicker and avoid the discoloration!

All the recipes look yummy. I don't know if you've ever encountered this problem with green peppers in the freezer, but it's best to double bag the sweet style peppers because they can make other items in your freezer smell like peppers. 🌶

I love the simple ingredients! I like to have freezer meals especially in summer when we are so busy. Such great ideas. Thank you for sharing these recipes.
Great meals and very kind of you to share. They only suggestion I'd make is to write on the foil (or an a card taped to the foil) to remove the plastic wrap before heating the casserole. You'd think that would be a given, but we shared a meal with someone, failed to instruct them to remove the plastic wrap and yep, they put the whole thing into the oven - ooops!
