@@asiyadalal1552 I have been weight training for 2.5 months , first month there was little results from the next month I started doing intermediate fasting + have been on corie deficit with proper timing of meals. Lost 9kgs 😄

I would prefer rice because
Reason:- Roti can be different in size and thickness. So, even 1 roti can become 2-3 roti if we make it like fulka and yes numbers matter a lot that i ate 1-2 or 3 roti instead 1 big roti.
In case of rice nothing like that. So, no need to wire my brain. 😂😂
