- After working on Ford’s all week, y’all may think my Chevy Orange blood is turning FORD BLUE.
It seems like Jr drags another Ford home every week, Tony and Tess’s Mustang is always in my shop, and now Uncle Bob has me tuning a CLEVELAND?
Could it be possible that I’m being converted??? 🤷🏼♂️
When you said to Billy..."you don't have to turn both kits on ". The look on his face was classic.
It was wasn't it,, he's thinking,, "Ohh yeah,, choosing ONE kit? THAT's not gonna happen,, we got two kits,, I'm pull'n tha trigger on both of 'em" 🙂
If got 2 kits you may as well use it

I think the Cleveland was one of Fords best motors and there are some awesome 4 bolt or boss blocks for them aftermarket now.
I have been watching Billy drive for some time . The kid is a rock. Nothing riles him. He has a calm coolness like a top fuel driver. Does anybody else see it?

Oval, Bowtie or Mopar I'm just glad to see them still alive. I was raised around a Ford FE racing family, but I'm happy to be around anything with points and a carb. I kinda like the Cadillac black diamond pearl with white in the center that sounds really cool.

Wow, just WOW...seeing the prgress that Billy has made over the years is just noting less than incredible! There are just not too many of the "younger" generation that take the lessons learned from others/elders and build upon that. Just WOW!!! (And Tommy is just as impresive, he is really working his way up!)
The 72 Stang, I would have bet almost anything it was a 7.00, what carb is on it and what power valve did you put in it? I have a 72 with a similar motor setup (sorry, I really am a Cherolet guy!!!! I could not pass up the price he wanted for the Mustang, I AM NOT A FORD GUY AT HEART!!!) and am interested!
I hate that I love the snap of the yellow stang, but love that Billy has come close to mastering Jimmy Dale's whomp whomp head shake...Just need the longer hair, maybe buy the wig Jimmy sells?

I was hardcore GM guy for years! Ended up getting an old 90s cougar just because it was the only thing I was able to afford at the time for my ex. That car impressed me, fast forward over 15 years, and now I work at Ford. I kind of have to be a fan now, but all my fords have been reliable. I like fast cars regardless of the brand, a fast Honda is just as impressive as a fast GM car.
My vote is the truck needs to be the mid 70’s light blue with the white mid section down the side. The same blue thats on the truck now. Classic and clean. It will look great lowered with factory wheels and that paint scheme. Love the videos! Thank you
My first vehicle was a 74 chevy truck blue and white back in 1980
Them old fox body’s were cooler than hell once you catch that bug there is no going back. Not complaining personally my favorite style of mustang. Thanks for the video bill.
Paint the truck a blue but a blue you don’t see with some flake in it that is my opinion great video buddy thanks for sharing

House of Pearl... I think the 79 Chevy would look great in a brown/ rootbeer metallic with a tan roof.
The interior was also Rootbeer metallic color. I had an 81 GMC in that color and it was just beautiful.

Man you are just helping everyone in Ohio lately. Staying busy keeps your mind busy. I did the same when my dad passed 2 years ago. I worked 2 jobs and volunteered to help everyone I knew with anything and everything. I went until I couldn't anymore. God speed Bill and I will be praying for you brother. It gets easier with time.
Nothing wrong with some Ford stuff. Everything can be fun. That’s the beauty of car culture. You can express yourself in any way u want and nobody can take that from you. I’m super glad you and Billy are getting along and having fun with cars.

My late uncle was the original owner of the 71 mach 1 that my cousin still has. I have a soft spot for these big girl Mustangs. Billy's Cobra is pretty damn nice too.
Nope the Chevy at House of Color needs the old school black on silver on Black with the red pinstriping. Greatest looking Chevy paint job ever on those trucks.
That color combination was always my favorite and is absolutely killer!!
My vote is for the black & white two tone paint job idea for the square body project! All black with the top and center white.

I use a cleveland in my 85 fox body. I'm using Australian 2v heads and the bottom end is stock except for the flat top pistons..I'm nearing the 7.00 time. The 2v heads with closed chambers (which weren't available in the states) don't really suffer from that soggy bottom you speak of. There is a big cleveland guy in your neck of the woods Tim Halstead Dragboss here on TH-cam..does good stuff talking about the cleveland.

Love this channel, if I could get some prayers I would appreciate it. My wife is currently in an ambulance with my step son, the only kid I've known, he was hit by a truck in a crosswalk and broke his pelvis in several places. He is being transferred to a children's hospital in Salt Lake and is absolutely freaking out. God bless. BTW if you had an old jeep with an AMC you'd be fine.

351c was used in Nascar for over 15 years and all the dragcars used them in 70s 80s . It puts out more power inch for inch then any engine on the planet

Paint that truck a "sky blue" with white through the center. Separate the upper blue and white with an orange pin stripe and the lower with a black and painted in chrome pin stripe. Orange carpet would kick ass.

I've always enjoyed the performance knowledge you give us with your videos Bill. Glad to see you expanding the different makes of vehicles in your fleet. My Dad raced and drove all makes and models of vehicles even though Mopar was mostly his choice for racing I was raised to love the automotive hobby.
