Sounds like we both bought the Legion at the same time. How are you liking yours? I'm in love with how good this works. Been playing only on the Legion so far now.
@soulsoothing6133 so far I'm really enjoying the system. Haven't had any issues and the games I'm playing all run great, but I'm playing indies for the most part. I run all my games right from the windows home screen.
I'm going to be getting mine in a couple of days. I got it on Amazon for $588 that is with tax on prime day a couple of days ago. The original price was $549 when I ordered it. I got the 512gb SSD version.
REALLLLLLY want a legion go. Trying very hard to stop myself from buying one. Hoping that some news regarding a higher capacity RAM model is announced soon. I would prefer the bigger screen that the ROG Ally X won't offer.
@@bashirnagi6574 I went with the Legion Go. Already loaded Fusion 360 for my design work...Gaming will be secondary. I will use it for programming Pico Pi boards as well. Tried a few games. The Finals ran surprisingly well.
The battery optimization setting is might be good for someone like me because I pretty much only play plugged in, and I ruined my gaming laptop battery by never unplugging it.
It’s worth getting new so should still be worth getting used. Lenovo are generally good with still honouring the first year warranty should you face any issues
If you install that driver update from the file Explorer it will not continue to pop up in legion space driver update section..or at least it worked that way for me
@@charleyweinhardt they improve, but they are not 'really nice' by any stretch of the imagination. Phone speakers are often better, louder and with more base. Even adjusting the direction of sound still brings the tinny poor quality. (And yes, I am aware younare refering to things like fx sound for tuning. IMO, these need an affermarket uograde as long as the unit can provide enough power).
@@matthewwain9958 so really nice in comparison to other phone speakers, small tiny speakers, (the latest Samsung and IPhone sounding amazing) They don't crap out when you give them more db then windows normally gives, but you need an extreme W tuning adjustment. Get rid of Realtek and all stock audio stuff especially that 3D virtualizer on board stuff that is enabled stock. I'm using Dolby access it gives you 12 real DB at every frequency past windows stock the main thing is that 500 Hertz and 4000 Hertz have to come WAY down! Let me know if you want to try my exact settings, you can get these sounding really good compared to how they sound stock and I haven't seen one person out there showing their equalizer making any sense, for real!
Do you also experience a problem with emulating TotK on the Legion Go? For me after a while, the fps goes into a cascading failure. the FPS sinks and sinks from a nice 60fps with Lossless Scaling on to an unplayable true FPS of below 15fps. 30 fps frame generation = slow gaming, but smoother. So that's no good. 😹And if you've experienced this problem, do you know the solution?
Hi creator or anybody plss help me, I tried to update all the ones in legion space and install it and it works somehow but after it restart, the monitor turns off and after I turn on the power button, it works perfectly fine except there is nothing display on the screen(bllack screen) but the rgb of both controllers are working... plss what should I do if, is it because of the update?
One of the best things I have found is the FSR3 mod. Some games I have nearly doubled fps and the games feel so smooth to play. I haven’t tried lossless scaling as I’ve read it has its issues such as input lag but it looks promising
Was torn between the Go and waiting for Ally x… and then Asus decided to be a terrible company. My Go comes in 2 days 🎉
Good tips - i’m happy with the LeGo - first month or two was bumpy and clearly rushed out for BF sales but in 2024 it has been a good system!
Ya everyone wanted to shit on it right away like it wasn't going to be buggy
That amd chipset driver never updates still there after updating.
Its driving me crazy.
True. I just going to comment on that. And I tend to forgot - more like curious actually to install it again and again.
I just got mine today I'm so excited I'm gonna take half a day to just mess with it I sold my Nintendo Switch time to grow up
reminds me when I had a Sega game gear and I tossed my gameboy

I thought it was my kids crying 😂 had to pause to make sure.
Did the same. Damn iPad speakers
I stopped several times because I thought there was some strange noise outside.
Lol I did wonder where I heard a kids from and looked around to find them

I had the ROG, it’s an overheating piece of shit, get this stem I own it now and I love it

Great tips make more Legion Go videos i will watch them
What sensitivity and dead zone do you use for the joysticks bro? 🤔
Good video by the way! 👌🏻
In the controller settings, can you turn the controls off and play with an xbox controller?
Do you get haptic feedback with Xbox one x joystick using the legion go
Do I need to update the BIOS? If so, should I do the Windows update, BIOS update, then graphics driver update in that order?
Are you able to play Zelda TOTK? I’ve tried but get horrible performance
Is this device worth getting even used ?..appreciate the feedback thank you

Just optimize for Windows and Gaming ONLY.

Fallout 4

I tried to hard reboot it but nothing happens as well as trying to connect it to a monitor externally.
Also update windows as well.
I'm curious to know how FxSound stacks up against Dolby Access, as FxSound is free and seems to noticeably improve the overall sound of the Legion Go.
