    Advance Wheel Chair Cardio Boxing Workout is a upper body seated exercise workout for people with limited mobility either temporary or permanent who need to sit exercise and stay fit! This exercise workout is done at a fast pace of 140 BPM, with safe effective exercise moves that will keep your heart rate up, burn fat and help manage your weight.

    I love your workouts Paul. I am a wheelchair user and regularly join your you tube sessions. I have a muscle wasting condition, was told i could never build muscle again by my medical team, but i have and iv baffled the medics. Iv even gained confidence to join my local gym, and gained muscle improving my life so much. So thank you

    Thank u for this exercise video! It’s wonderful and I had my leg braces taken off and I’m slowly getting back to where I was before the accident! I’m making slow but sure progress!

    Aloha Paul Eugene! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found your videos! I’m 71 and recovering from an open trimalleolar fracture. I’m still non-weight bearing after 5 weeks and at least 2 more to go. In the beginning my PT told me to do some boxing from my chair for cardio, so poked around TH-cam and found you. I’ve been regularly doing various of your wheelchair boxing workouts and just love it! I love the workouts, and your energy, cheerfulness and your spirit. Thank you so much!
