Hey Paul. Got my covid booster on Monday and aching head to toe. Struggled in my Afrobeats class yesterday. Couldn’t bend my knees. So this is perfect for today. God is good.
@@PaulEugene I just finished this workout. Don’t know if it’s because I’m not 100%, but that was more intense than your low impact standing. My shoulders 😩. A few Phews and OMG’s came out of my mouth. You know a workout sitting is intense if you sweat and I did. Your music always driving. And if I’m seeing correctly, your left knee looked red. Be careful. Great workout. Thanks much.
@@jacquelinewatson7122 well odd this says 6 days ago and only getting the notification now. Hopefully he had no issues and if he did he is fine by now. Lasted about 5/6 days for me

I liked this shorter workout so much I did it twice!! Thanks again for all of your chair workouts. I am so grateful to have an exercise option because I struggle with chronic back pain and currently a foot injury.
