I have been in a wheelchair chair for 20 years, and I have never stuck to any exercise program for very long. But your videos make me feel like I’m not just going through motions by myself. Fantastic music, wonderful upper body movement combinations, great musicality. This was really great fun to do!!!💥🍬💃👍✨ Since I'm not bound to a wheelchair, I did this workout half of the time sitting, the other half marching or doing other basic aerobic steps - this way it was doable with my Cfs without getting too 🥀 Thank you very much!!! 🌺
I really enjoyed this video When TH-cam recommended it to me this morning I thought it was one I played before I was wrong I enjoyed the new basketball moves 🤣

I've been putting two or more of your other videos together but those have cool-downs and warmups in between, so they're not really sustained. I have motor neuron disease, legs only, and I really really need this! Love the new moves! The only other really good sustained exercise video I can find uses (ouch!) disco music. Plus, your workouts are FUN! Mr. Eugene, you are a blessing!

Creating fitness workouts for people with limited mobility is kinda tricky, because not everyone has the same kind of limited mobility however that has not stopped me. I create and believe that it will serve someone. I am glad that it has served you. You have given me the idea to do more. Thank You.
@@PaulEugene Oh, wonderful! I have difficulty leaning to the side because I use a chair for exercise that doesn't have arms, but I just adapt and grab my chair and do it anyway! I can also do some of your low-impact, seated workouts, and I just found one with hand weights! Will try it soon, but I have to get up to speed with this one first! Joy to you!

Good Sunday morning 2 u sir! I got a late start this morning and I wasn’t going to do anything today but I’m glad that I did because I would have felt really bad if I didn’t! U have impacted me more than u will ever know because I live for the time being in a rehab facility for the time being and everyone that passes by my my room ask what am I doing and they see me work out on your exercise video and they ask me and so I have been spreading the word to everyone even on my Facebook page and to my friends at Tops and they thank me for my input! Thank u again and I look forward to doing your zoom class tonite and tomorrow! Have a blessed day sir!☺️☺️
Good Day! Thank you for your comments and spreading the word regarding me. I hoped you got something out of last night. I decided to add a Friday 10 AM 100% Seated Meditation and Stretch Class.
Paul I have done ur exercises it gives alot f confidence.after my brain operation I lost my mobility to walk.no sensation on my right side n left side facîal paralysis.but it has improved since last 7 years today I only have one problem in my body.that is very heavy on my right side.i do exercises everyday.but heaviness not going..can u help me please please .pls pray for me
