    Paul, as a permanent wheelchair user in Britain can I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wheelchair workouts. They are the real deal. In so many cases those who would seek to be similar always put in feet movements; You don’t do that, if it’s wheelchair, it’s wheelchair! Thank you so much it’s making such a difference to my joints and toning me up.

    I became wheelchair-bound a month ago after ankle replacement surgery. Bored with the minimal exercises I was provided, I decided to do some searching. Thank you Paul Eugene! Because I have lower body mobility but am weight restricted on my ankle, I Incorporated some leg moves with your upper body workout. That was an intense 30 minutes! I look forward to doing it again, perhaps even later today while sitting on the sofa as I will have more range of motion with my legs. God bless 💞‼️

    My first experience with you. Your easy going manner makes it fun and your pace is perfect, I too have shoulder issues plus I need a walker . Your routine gives me the confidence to really put myself into the movements without fear of falling. Thank you Thank you Thank you

    Just came across this video. You're adorable. So positive. I strained my knee and foot, but still wanted to get some aerobic in while I heal and this worked. I kept the pace a little faster for myself and it worked well. Totally felt some cardio. Thanks Paul

    Am going to look at some of his other videos.
    Am in a different city, but this might be something a visitor could try with my Mom in LTC (we have to schedule an appointment for a tablet session with Recreation).
    She has very limited upper body mobility, and other compromises, but she might try to follow along with Mr. Eugene
    because he infuses this with a lovely energy, and I love that the music is not overpowering (for an older person).
    Mr. E is gently enthusiastic and encouraging, and the music is an engine, but HE is driving the session.

    I love this, Paul. I'm not in a wheelchair, but I do have a leg injury that keeps me from jogging, walking, etc. These exercises have been incredibly helpful!

      Thank you so much. I have a large selection of chair workouts on my channel. Most are done in a regular chair. Some high intensity, some with dumbbells.

    Thanks for the new workout. Although Im not chair bound I did it. Really, ANYONE could. I loved this one because it focused on the arms shoulders, and back. I sat in my regular chair and still marched with my legs/feet. Im hardheaded. I have trouble with my legs and end up paying for it later with the pain but I got my steps in this morning. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!! Keep'em comin!

      LOL, you can imagine how hrd it was for me to keep my legs still! I am working on a couple new workouts, gospel aerobics (standing), seated strength training for back and chest, Trampoline.

    Okay paul im still with you, about 6 to 8 months...during xmas, i had a small setback .i missed a few weeks, truthfully a full month! But because your spirit is so sweet and encouraging, i was able to resume my daily workouts! Now ive even started 2 a day, the second workout is only 10 to 15 min.
    So i dont overdo...im a wheelchair user.
    I cannot stand or walk...but i believe i wi,l be healed! I must do my part, and God will do the rest.

    Wow, that was great! No wheelchair bound, but trying to build up my stamina and lose weight (I am on WW). I usually walk, but it’s not walking weather today. Glad I did this! Thank you, Sir for posting!

    I am in a wheelchair and these videos are an answer to prayer. They've helped me immensely - especially since I don't drive and have to exercise at home. Excellent workout! My sister and I will even sync our clocks and text each other to do it together at the same time from different locations. Paul Eugene is SO awesome and encouraging. We pray many others will see these videos and receive a blessing and increased health.

    I was looking for something to watch for home movement during COVID-19 and found this. It’s fun, happy, motivational... but I do hope you tell people about how movement impacts insulin resistance as well as how what we eat makes us store glucose in cells as body fat. Movement alone is not enough we have to limit the amount of sugars ~ carbohydrates (carbage).

      Hello: Thank you for your comment. I do not do any leg movement in this becasue it was requested by others to do the workout without leg movement. I am not sure what you have in mind but my other seated exercise in a chair all have leg movement.

    I just stumbled upon your videos and think that they and you are amazing. I look forward to making them a part of an aggressive exercise campaign that my PT and I are constantly refining -- these are the missing pieces to my routine that I have been searching for.
    I have MS, push myself around in a manual chair, am very active and appreciate the pace, variety and energy of the videos I've seen so far. Looking forward to seeing your face more often and exercising with you every other day :)

      Thank you so much John. I started making seated chair exercises back in 2007 when I fell and was scheduled to shoot a standing video in 2 days. I should up at the shoot and told the team I will do the shoot from a chair. I just transfer my standing up routine to the chair. I have not stopped making videos for people with limited mobilites since. I do not plan stopping either.

      I do not apologize for using a wheelchair to inspire people to exercise who need to sit exercise and get fit in a wheelchair. You do not know my story! There were times due to spinal and cancer surgeries that I had to use a wheelchair. At that point I transitioned to doing my workouts in a wheelchair. Since I recovered from my spinal cord and cancer surgery, I don't use a wheelchair. Yes, I can sit in chair and do so. I am thankful and grateful for all the wheelchair users who appreciate what I do and understand why I do it and will continue to do it despite your being offended.
