  • Low Impact Seated Cardio Boxing is a seated exercise workout for people with limited mobility who need to exercise and get fit from a wheelchair or chair be it temporary due to an injury or permanent for whatever reason. The boxing more are safe and effective to help burn fat and lose weight.

    This is a fantastic workout. You did a great warm up & cool down but everything in between was so inspirational & fun. I just had surgery 2 weeks ago for my Achilles & I’ve been doing what I can every day but getting bored . Your energy is so positive & that’s so awesome you decided to do these classes after your own ankle injury & sticking to it. I am definitely sharing it, & doing it again. As a trainer myself, it’s people like you that we need more & more out here.

    Awesome I am excited esp having the energy to do the 10am zoom workout and now this. Please let the wheelchair/seated mobility participants know if you do a zoom targeted to us.

      Thank you for your comment. The Monday and Friday 10 AM Zoom Live classes do have wheelchair participants who do attend. They know they are welcomed.

    I am able bodied but am obese. I put to much strain on my ankles so I was looking for something else to start working out.. oh my….. this workout is intense!!!!! Thank you so much for you good vibes!!! I love this!!!

    Today was my first time doing this workout and I really enjoyed it !!! I am currently in a wheelchair and wanted to start doing some shadow boxing and this was perfect 🎊🙏🙏🙏

    I re-did this workout in a invalids bed after finally having my second surgery. I can't sit too long not stand too long as it can cause swelling at the moment so I thought...why not do a Eugene Paul's workout in the bed with my legs slightly elevated as they need to be and feel like I've accomplished something and I absolutely love your boxing workouts and the music is infectious. Thank you for your workouts on my slow journey of recovery.

    I am preparing for weight loss surgery and I have been sedentary for a long time since the beginning of the pandemic. My surgeon recomended this type of exercise for me. I am on my second workout and I love it! I love the energy that Paul has and it keeps me engaged and going. This workout makes me feel energized. I didn't think I would make it through the whole thing, but I slowed down a bit and was able to keep going.

    Good wheelchair work out legs don't work but just throwing little baby jabs got heart pumping good thanks for disability Cardo work out

    I loved this. Waiting for the first of 2 hip surgeries so as you can imagine in alot of pain and discomfort along with depression. Trying to work out as I can seated but oh boy tried your workout today and loved it. I miss my boxfit days so enjoyed this.
