I pulled this up and did not read that it was intermediate until maybe halfway through lol. That was definitely a workout!! I couldn't go on my walk today and this was the perfect remedy for my restlessness! I'm absolutely coming back to this! I also loved the dog inclusion

I’ve not checked my weight but I’ve checked it a week before it was around 55.5ish and in this week I’ve had junk food I’ll be doing this for straight one week with another 20min cardio and I’ll be cutting junk and sugars And I’ll post my weight on day 7 and I’ll be measuring my waist I’ll keep y’all posted Day 1: ✅

I chose your Pilates workout 2 episodes balance of 45 minutes, I don’t care about your ads because they rest me during my workout. On other days I use a mini steeper for 45 minutes same as your routine exercise by walking and Pilates.❤❤❤

Really enjoyed this effective workout. So glad that it didn’t involve lots of exercises on knees because I have bad knees and it hurts when I kneel. Would love to see more like these!

I hope you can do more intermediate and advanced level, I already do weightlifting and when I do the easy pilates workouts I feel like I am not doing enough effort. But I really want to mix pilates and weights!! :)
Awesome! Have done almost all of your workouts! I personally have an issue with the fact that there is no sound when you switch legs during a set. Sometimes I missed that and was confused that we never went back to the other side.

It was a great workout but it would be helpful to have a beep or cue when switching sides halfway…I always feel it’s a less effective workout when we have to keep our eyes peeled on the device to see when switching movements.

Hey, if you train your obliques, they will become bigger. First of : this takes time, a lot of time. Especially as a woman. But if ou muscles get strenger, they will compress your inner organs more. So, if you are afraid of losging your smal waist, I understand, but it is unlikely to happen. Hope this helps.

Same! I workout to 35-40 minutes a day of pilates and 15-25 strength training and it’s the perfect combo that has helped me so much!
