I started working out about a month ago and I’ve pretty much just stuck with weights and cardio. Recently I wanted to tone up my muscles and work on my core a bit more so I started doing pilates. Let me tell you, pilates is WAAAAYY harder than lifting weights but with consistency, my muscles look more defined, fat loss was QUICK (literally lost 1KG in less than a week) and my core is stronger. Doing Lidia’s workout at the very end of my workout routine is a MUST now.
This is for everyone out there that’s just starting or are thinking of starting, I eat 3 meals a day and I don’t count calories. I make conscious decisions to pick out healthier options but I don’t restrict myself. I work out 5/6 a week but I’m not going absolutely crazy with them. I focus on one or two muscle groups a day then let them rest the next day while I focus on other muscles groups. Slow and controlled movements are 10000% better than just cramming as many crunches or whatever in 35 seconds. You’ll just end up hurting yourself and need more time to recover. Also, the ultimate goal here is for your body’s overall health. It’ll take time so it’s better to be slow and consistent rather than just working out 5 hours a day and spending the rest of week or month healing. The time will go by anyway so just keep consistent and you’ll get there ❤

I finally found the perfect full body pilates workout!!! As a person who has been doing pilates for 3 weeks it wasn’t too much, but it burned in every place it should. Love that and will be def back🩷🩷thank you soo much Lidia

I loved the workout!!
Just a few suggestions to make it even better. I prefer workouts with a little bit of voiceover to explain the exercises and it would be nice to have the name of the exercise in a box above with the side (left/right) we are working on.
Also, it played ads in the middle of exercises not sure if you can manage to put them during the breaks to not disturb the flow of the workout.

there’s comments on every single video about ads and she doesn’t respond unfortunately so I mostly block them.
as far as voiceover, I prefer Lidia’s videos because they don’t have one! there are lots of videos with voiceovers by other creators.
There’s ads because you don’t have a premium you tube membership this is something she can’t control ☺️ I get them too

I've been doing your training for a year, and I'd like to give you a suggestion. I love your arm workouts, and I wish they were longer, like 15 minutes or 20 minutes. It would help me a lot in my training routine!!

OMG YESSS especially because she adds warm ups and cool down’s exercises now. A newer and longer arm workout video would be a dream 😩
She has a "15 minutes toned arms"...but it's in her 7 days challenge. I usually just do it over because it hurts my arms everytime.

Is this safe for someone who has scoliosis? I have a 19 degree scoliosis and I really want to do most of her workouts (actually, I already started last day). I researched if Pilates is good for someone who has scoliosis and it says Pilates is recommended and is good for someone who has scoliosis but I just want to be extra sure 😭 Please help your girly out. I really want to a pink pilates princess (jokes aside I’m being fr 🥲)
