just a suggestion but everytime you put an add in the videos while youre doing a move I never know it goes into the add and end up losing my spot. I think you should put it during the break parts

thank you for being here!! regarding the mats i have only ever tried two different brands - lululemon and alo yoga. I really love both the same honestly, they are reeeeally similar, just make sure you get a thick one (5mm). I’ve also heard really good things about the liforme mats. Hope that helps!! 🤍

after doing this workout for a week: hardness 7/10 effective 5/10 movements 6/10 overall 4/10 will i do it again? no, it doesn’t get easier plus there are way better ones (search for me in comment session on her account i date workouts :3 )
