    Incredible how it feels at the end, every muscle worked out, I think and every pore in the body getting its workout with all the sweat. This will be the first of many go-to’s for 30 mins workouts, I would bookmark to do for sure. Such a range of exercises, absolutely loved it. Thank you once again, for continuing to show up to work on our physical body that which helps mental health as well.

    I searched "30 Minute Hard Hiit" and this workout came up. They were not kidding!!! I am a 51 year old female and I feel I am pretty fit for my age. This workout made me think I need to be in better shape! It kicked a$$ and I loved it!!!! Thank you !

    This was tough but fun. Other than taking a fee extra seconds here and there, I crushed it. Never thought I'd be so happy for a commercial break lol I turned 51 last month and appreciate the variety of your workouts.

    This was a fun workout and there was a lot of varieties to keep up with engagement. The only exercise that became repetitive was the squat into a cross jab, but it can easily be replace with a variation. My variation was a sumo squat into a uppercut or a hook.

    Wonderful and sweaty workout. Did this the first time. Thought, beacause of the repeating Cross Alt Squat Punches exercise it would be not that good and "boring" but I was amazing. I love doing this exercise beauce it is an easy to follow but powerful exercise. This is one of your best bodyweight HIIT workouts. Thanks!

    Great workout, good challenge but totally doable. Long 20 sec rests. Only downside was it's very squat heavy - fine for those without lower back tension.

    It was my FIRST day of this workout it went pretty well the workout was a little bit difficult but i rocked it as my endurance has increases a little bit more because i have been on my fitness journey for a month from now so thats why it went well even if you are a beginner you can do this workout It is 100% RECOMMENDED for all of you this workout is beginner friendly and there is less injury chances good luck guys try this workout TYSM for this workout TIFF×DAN god bless you!!

    Dude..... this is made so well!!! I love the Preview of what's coming up next so you can see How to do the moves exactly before the actual thing comes up... the battery charging meter at the bottom showing how long the workout is close to completing is Super creative and fun. this is so good. Definitely one of the best workout video creators on here that I've run into. I sure hope you continue to make workouts this is up there with Gilad and I used to Love working out to his videos 💪

    No break from exercise even on vacation in 90 degree heat. The mat I borrowed needs to be rung out from sweat. My little 6 year old cousin was trying to keep up but gave up 1/3 of the way thru. So from 6000 miles away in Israel. you are still bringing it

    I've done other 30min HIIT Tabata workouts, this is an absolute killer. Enjoyable but absolute killer. Past the 75% mark I was about to puke water

    OMG OMG what a workout..I made my self a promise that I'll include more cardio into my daily routine. Honestly after the 24th minute I had to have longer breaks (at least 1 min), I love squads those were amazing exercises, tough ones were all the planks exercises I was only able to do 15 sec (my lower back start crying)
