    Thank you for giving me the opportunity to really push myself to see how far I have come in my 4 year long fitness journey. I'm so proud of myself for completing this! Not long ago I would have immediately shut this down as impossible. Proud of everyone who completed this workout to their fullest potential! It was a tough one 🎉

    Crushed it again ❤. Pulled this from my Fav Sydney playlist while I am wasting for Jan 2024 program to load. Really pushed myself to the extreme with this one and in the end, I came out exhausted but feeling so empowered . Best way to close out 2023 ❤

    This one is just amazing. It's 6 25 am over here and I've just finished the workout.. burned 434 calories at the end of the workout without the stretching and stuff at the end.. thanks coach

    Just found your channel and these hardcore hiit videos. Done a couple of them now and will definitely do any other hardcore hiit I found (added them all on my workout playlist)! You keep simple stuff interesting from start to finish and I keep wanting to really push myself through the different exercises. Thank you!

      7 minutes in I was dead, by 15 minutes I was thinking how the hell will I finish this. And then 30 minutes popped up l finished😂 I don't know how.

    For people like me who struggle to do the push-up pulses at the end, do you recommend putting knees down to push up and pulse or hold a low plank for 30 secs?
