That's pretty cool Subie. @11:00 You've mentioned that TMIC could be a restriction to power to the wheels.
Are you saying TMICs restrict power in general or is there something that has to do with power to the wheels in particular?
meaning, car can produce a certain amount of power at the crank but it will lose a lot of it to the wheels due to the TMIC?
whereas if it was for a FMIC it would only lose a small proportion of power to the wheels? the Dyno sheet shows a big difference
in power from crank to wheels (560hp) to (358hp). Is that expected?

"Not crazy dyno numbers".. Your number is already about 30ish whp greater than mine. Mine is currently in the shop, likely spun bearing, OEM block, getting the Stage 2 put into it. OEM I'm at 325ish whp and that's been *really* fun. Your 360ish whp is something I cannot imagine, atm. So, it IS "crazy dyno numbers" to me haha

Hey sorry to hear about your bad luck with the engine but keep at it! We ran into a bunch of issues as well but all part of the process I guess.
Dyno numbers have gotten out of hand on the internet but this has been a great street set up, very responsive and doesn't give out on the big end. Planning on adding a few things this spring so thanks for watching and stay tuned for more!

@@RhodeWerks401 Thank you for the kind words! I'm supposed to hear anytime about what exactly the culprit was. I was pretty good with oil changes (tho that's like someone saying they never surf porn, but their computer 'is just really slow lately'). Also, in your video, you mention "You could go and drag race this, even on really hot days." I'm a bit newer to turbos and yours is the second time I've seen reference to NOT pushing a turbo on a hot day. I'll have to keep that in mind, when the spring rolls in.

      Mustang dyno
      I’ve seen 300whp beat 350whp
All depends how good the tuner is
Any tuner can achieve high numbers but only some can keep the power from dropping fast

      Built heads with BC cams
IAG rails and PTFE line kit
      ID1000x injectors

@@RhodeWerks401 I'm talking specifically just the out of the box motor. Not comparing ej and fa. Just hate the factory spec wrx to the point where if I knew I was going to hate it as much as I do I would've saved a bit longer and then judt drive the stock motor yill warranty expires and the overhaul motor.
