For booting mybe just replace your OS SSD with the fastest out there and it will boot slightly faster. I bought my Tuf A15 4 days ago and the only issue i noticed is the bottom has very bad elevation and airflow is limited. Gaming temp is 90-95 celcius in a 24 celcius room. Bought a cheap laptop pad with a 1000rpm fan and the laptop temp went down to 81-86 while playing horizon FW in ultra settings.
I heard the settings that comes with the tuf sucks. You'd have to manually change the fan settings I think. You can check TH-cam
@@tolulopehenry3668 well idk about that but im satusfied with mine. For the price i just did what i can for the airflow issue. As i said the bottom is not very good the laptop cant breathe, so just elevate.

I have tuf 15 gaming i7 with ddr 4 ,16 gb ram and nividia rtx 4070 ..good laptop but every laptop gaming heating issues problem as well

which gen of i7? and what is your average temperature and max temperature ? maybe it is not that bad?
Get a fan pad for the laptop or play when it’s lifted in a platform that allows for good air circulation. It’s bound to overheat for long play especially if it isn’t allowed adequate airflow….
My one has a i5-12500H and i go around 65*-75* whilst gaming so idk maybe just my settings and vsync
it's not heating issue, your not used to high normal temps for gaming laptops
i bought a tuf a17 I'm awaiting its arrival! i have a desktop currently with a ryzen 5600x/gtx 1660ti and my new tuf will have a core i5 12500H/RTX 3050. i figured with much newer parts and 6 extra cpu cores would be an upgrade but apon further research, turns out my desktop is actually still more powerful despite its extremely low specs. like what!? the specs on this laptop are WAY higher than my desktop. or at least it seems that way to me lol my lil bro always wants to play my pc so I'm going to use the laptop and give him my pc. i'm not really a gamer mostly make music with fl studio and edit videos and photos with adobe. i'm just worried i will notice a big drop in performance after realizing its under powered compared to my super outdated desktop. anyone got an opinion? will there be a noticeable difference on fl studio when going from the desktop to the laptop with specs stated above? both have 16gb ram. but my desktop is ddr 4 and the laptop is ddr 5.

You havent activated fast boot on g16 , i have this laptop and it come up very fast , idk why your take too long
Dont turn on fast boot it dosent refresh your system on time and effects cpu and gpu
DO NOT DO THIS. Let your computer or laptop or any device shut down properly.
All fast boot up does is put your system in hibernation, it doesn't actually shut down your system.
This is why I bought the tuf❤
When you live on a timezone border and one pc is on the +1hr side of it 😂

@@Smart_boy2001 I play world of tanks in ultra settings and cpu 78 and gpu 68 in long play hours. Avarage is 75 and 65. And i use only in silent mode. Never using turbo as I don't like sound :) this computer is really good
But literally G16 more faster than tuf a15 you can't play rdr2 with high resolution with high fps in tufa15 that's why i bought Strix g16

Mine is strix g17 2021 model but still it boots faster than this strix g16 and tuf lol. When I first bought my laptop it was 1.5 secs when booting unlike now it takes 3 seconds maybe because I got triple A games consumed my ssd haha
Boot up speed is nothing, all my laptop and PC are in hibernate mode...
