I was curios what affect a combination of l-theanine and CBD
would have on the human mind and body
when it comes to reducing inflammation.
Do you have any information on this combination,
Or do you think you could do a future video on it?
      Thanks for sharing your videos,

I've been using this for years, the Suntheanine capsulated version. I've used it to stop panic attacks and it works so I think it begins crossing the blood brain barrier within 10 minutes of taking it which is the time it takes for me to start feeling relief. The gut starts to relax, breathing normalizes and the mind starts to calm down. I've read that L-Theanine can used by the brain as a neurotransmitter for when stress has depleted your inhibitory neurotransmitters allowing the excitatory neurotransmitters to run amok causing a panic attack. Restoring that neurotransmitter balance is key for dealing with panic attacks. So a word of caution, however, that the Dr. touched on. I tried a cheap, non-Suntheanine brand once and it was horrible. I felt like I had just consumed 5 cups of coffee so it was probably not very pure and full of D-Theanine. Stick with brands selling the Suneathine ingredient and/or go natural with green tea.

I wanted to ask a question for anyone who's been taking L Theanine for a while. I love the calming effects, but every time I've taken this for more than a few weeks I end up with tarry stools. Yeap. To me, that means blood. Not sure if this is stomach bleeding or something going on in the intestines. I've tried a few different brands, and some are worse than others. I can usually go two-plus weeks before this happens. Has anyone else experienced this? I've stopped and started several times to confirm the effect is coming from the supplement.
