Lyrics:
Our home, our rules
Respect them or
Bitches receive stitches
Trolls receive 86's
Stick around if you're house-broken
Can't hold your shit, hold your tongue, you got to go
Should you choose to react like an imbecile?
You in turn will be treated so
Yes, we're being condescending
Yes, that means we're talking down to you
With all that racket from your lips a-flapping
We assumed you didn't notice
Haters, isolators
No one misses these
Bitches receive stitches
Trolls receive 86's
Stick around if you're house-broken
Can't hold your shit, hold your tongue, you gotta go
Should you choose to react like an imbecile?
You in turn will be treated so
Yes, we're being condescending
Yes, that means we're talking down to you
With all that racket from your lips a-flapping
We assumed you didn't notice
Haters, isolators
No one misses these
Bitches receive stitches
Trolls receive 86's
You speak like someone who has never been
Smacked in the fucking mouth
That's okay, we have the remedy
You speak like someone who has never been
Knocked the fuck on out
But we have your remedy
You speak like someone who has never been
Smacked in the fucking mouth
That's okay, we have the remedy
You speak like someone who has never been
Knocked the fuck on out
But we have your remedy
You speak like someone who has never been
Smacked in the fucking mouth
You speak like someone who has never been
Knocked the fuck on out
Knocked the fuck on out

This song NEEDS to be rereleased just because so many people NEED to hear it.
I agree. a new music video would do it
Yes but the more hyper individualized we become the less people will be able to hear that they need to be humble and play well with others. People think they are in a single player game. The remedy isn’t hearing a song.
@@CarlYotaif you take a closer look you will come to find the very notion of playing nice has been abused to ulterior ends, unfortunately.
You should listen to same logic/teeth by brand new. I think it was [made for keenan] sometimes...
The right people will hear it & are here for a reason my amigo, good taste in art binds us. 🙌🙏🔥
It reminds me of a co worker ,who has clearly never been smacked in the mouth
Is it very rare that one singer ( Maynard) can be in 3 bands and all be completely amazing in every way!!
Not for the good ones. Everything Chris Cornell was involved in was good. Corey Taylor hasn't had a project go south either to my knowledge.
@@Jester_The_Jynxster Add Chino Moreno to that list
@@spinosa360 True. Though other than the Deftones, none if his projects ever got quite as big as Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, Audioslave, or even Temple of the Dog (though short lived, lots of airplay - expectedly so for who was in the band). Though I think Palms and Team Sleep should have gotten more exposure than they did. But yeah I agree he deserves mention in that list for sure
Ever heard of Daniel Tompkins?
@@ominousblight9337 Ominous Blight Yes! Though I didn't know it until I wiki'd him after your mention. I am familiar with TesseracT though. Turns out he's got a number of projects I wasn't aware of, and even a website dedicated to coaching singers! He's not as well known as he should be here in the states. Hopefully that turns around, he's got great range and a very ear-pleasing style. I get a very Lajon Witherspoon (Sevendust) vibe from his sound, and it works well with the bands' musical styles.
Happy Birthday Maynard 60 Years WOW, you Sir are truly an amazing individual. Love you Man!
The guy in the video reminds me of my father. Bodybuilder, marine, won one battle after another in his life. Now he's got stage 4 colon cancer that's spread to the liver. He's been losing his strength and his health, but when you look him in the eye and have a conversation with him, you can tell that young man is still in there giving that cancer a hell of a fight. And I pray he wins. I love you Dad. I got your back. Knock that fucking cancer out.
I know it’s only been 2 weeks but how is your dad doing?
@@MortusSweet 4 chemo sessions done in total. Visits with the surgeons tomorrow to see if we need surgery to remove tumors first, or more chemo instead. He's putting up a fight though, as he always does. Thank you for checking in. :)
I will pray for God's will and peace for your father and your family friend, may he win this fight and maby others for years to come, God willing. @hyder khan
@@robertjohnson7563 Thank you 🖤
Cancer has never been punched in the mouth
It's not fully realized now, but I believe Maynard will be looked back upon as one of the greatest artist of not just one but two generations. The music his 3 bands have produced is unprecedented.
Make that 3 generations.
I'm 72...
😎

I think when the worst happens and he dies, people will look back and realize he's the greatest singer in history and probably will never have an equal again. He's criminally underrated for his talent, imo.
@@JoelWhoKillz So ridiculous.
@@JoelWhoKillzI'm not one to stroke an ego, but the man and the people around him musically speaking, are just awesome! So glad to be around for this!

Welcome.
Now maybe you can discover how to turn your caps lock off.

Male and female properly aligned.
Agree completely. I'm blown away.
I love the female harmony at the end of the song so tasty...
Sono bravissimi tutti
Even after 7+ years, this song still hits hard & is one of my top fav songs I've ever heard. If I had a theme song everytime I entered the room, I'd be this..
bro you gotta come to rockville in daytona next year. We got to see puscifer in the front row and Id never heard of this band before but wow it was life changing 🤣 and to be honest i didnt really listen to tool before seeing this band but it totally got me hooked.
this is the most melodic and beautiful threat come insult i have ever heard
Thanks to Carina of course 😉

That bass line is sick
The whole instrumentation on this song is on point! Maynard's got himself
a hell of a top shelf group of band mates and buddies. This Money Shot album is 👍🤘

He LL to the yeah. The whole group is sincerely talented and on point
Yep well said, it's perfectly fitting and what a band! To those of us🤗 who get it anyway
Hey Paul Barker 👍🏻...good to see, hear and feel ya!!
I finally made it, i got to see tool, puscifer and just recently went to the sessanta concert and got to see primus and a perfect circle, i hope to see all of them again 🙏

@@diggerdogadventures976 I went all the way to the Phoenix show back in early April. It was really good
Takes me back to 2016. When I thought I had it all. Right before my life crashed and humbled me and made me into the best version of myself here in 2021.
Stay strong, King
Went threw a ruff patch myself during that time and damn it sucked but I guess it’s the way of learning things….yet can’t help but keep listening to this epic song
I'm much stronger now than ever with the depression I deal with every day. I'm different now because I don't care about others options!! Much love to you 💞
That’s funny 2016 smacked me in the fucking mouth (pun intended) now in 2022 im putting pieces back together
Mine also crashed in 2016. Same thing: thought I had it all, crash, humble, still picking up the pieces. I hate to know anyone else was going through something similar, but it's comforting to know I wasn't alone. I hope things are going better for you all, and, fuck 2016 right in its stupid ass.
Gotta say one of the best eargasms I have had in a long time.
You must not get out much.
Grant Gaspard A piece of Puscifer you pass up is a piece of Puscifer you dont get.
So many puscifer songs are eargastic for sure, and also, great to have sex to. The soothing music and vocals are just perfect.
+Lyndsiloo There's some kind of raw emotion in any project Keenan has been apart of that just enhance and make the feeling of sex so much better. I've never fucked to any other song the way I have to Pushit by Tool.
+CountHektor I don't think I could have sex to that song, or prison sex. It'd be too fucked up.

This song right here is what got me into puscifer and a perfect circle. I've always loved tool but never cared for any of Maynards side work. Until I found this one day and it completely changed my perspective.
Same. My husband played this and I was like ohh shit that’s the TOOL I’ve been avoiding my whole life.
I have the unpopular opinion of liking Puscifer the best out of all of his bands. Not that I DON'T like TOOL or A Perfect Circle, I just like this band better. He's less....full of himself and preachy.
So much talent in one band. Easily the
best band I've ever seen live. Beautiful song and record. Thank you Puscifer!
Jonathan Orvis speaks the truth.

This is like Tool with extra fine powdered sugar and jalapeno jelly topping. So amazing.
I don't think it's anything like Tool. Closer to APC but all 3 bands stand alone in their sound
The theme music for anyone who truly walks softly and carries a big stick
Fuck yes! It's like Tool and Porcupine Tree had a bastard child.
Little Maynard Wilson

The most beautiful song about beating the shit out of assholes who just talk bullshit. Trully a masterpiece.

Weird, the only thing I don't like about Puscifer is the female vocals. But I generally hate women voices---probably because I hate my mother. /shrug

@@dann_vill I'll assume that is a joke.
Im still trying to get used to Puscifer but i love the remedy the arsonist and agostina.
@Sky Dancer I couldn't agree more!!!
The keyboard work in this song is so underrated.
This song is so cathartic. Especially if you sing along & direct the words at a particular person!
I think of my dad’s mother when I sing this. She did nothing but humiliate and ridicule me for decades.
Credits to Carina Round she's awesome too, the combination of their voices is just perfect.
Unbelievably underrated. She is one of the greatest female voices of all time.
They complement each other so well. Maynard can put out some really rich vocals with a lot of depth and Carina is able to produce such pure "thin" tones (thin is not a bad thing, just means very clear and clean) it's like two wildly different instruments.
They use it to maximum effect and it always sounds great
MJK is great and all, but god damn Carina sounds stellar on this track!
Jim's voice is a string, hers is a bell.
NoComment Gaming she always does ❤️
She really does...They compliment one another very well
Love Carina!
Went to the Sessanta show in Chicago. This song was absolutely amazing live 💪🏻
This song helps me relax when I'm fighting my demons and realize that someone close to me has doubted me and my accomplishments but i never noticed it til i take time to reflect....
Maynard is a musical genius and a god among men. His music from TOOL, APC AND PUSCIFER HAS SAVED MY LIFE.
Cool
Agree
I thought was weird. I will never be alone so long as Maynard exists. His art speaks to a place in me only one other person has ever seen.
Also, I can't listen to Wings for Marie without just breaking down.
I only wish I can do my mother's existence as much justice. She would be so proud of him and the people he has touched with is art.
First time hearing this, I like tool. His wine store is in jerome, about 30 minutes drive...now I go back to gwar
@@_Stin_ I concur and relate, well said
Paul Barker's tone and bassline is amazing. Immovable and sturdy to be the anchor of the song, yet so unique and distinct that it doesn't fade into the background.
One of my favorite songs by this band. I really love how the vocal lines meet and touch and wander away and come back. The rich vs pure vocal quality of their voices work amazingly well for this and the instrumentals support it (or allow it?) perfectly.
A performance to be proud of
Such an interesting music video. The old guy taking a look back on his wrestling career and eventually pulling his old getup out for a try on evokes such a certain emotion that I can’t really describe.
It's the same impulse that drives Mr. Incredible to become unsatisfied with his suburban life and don his super hero suit once again......in other words.....the same moment all of us cross and encounter when recognizing who we once were in youth and who unrelenting Time has forced us to become..........

dusting off the gloves, coming out of retirement for one last *possibly fatal) fight... standing up for those who cant stand regardless of personal cost... it's an old trope, but it checks out sir... it's also always reminded me of "watchmen" a bit... if you've read it/seen it/// you'll know why
Wow a generic plot. Must be deep.
I listened to this song *every single morning* of my life when it came out. It was cathartic for some reason--I don't have any inclination to knock anyone out.

This song has such an unspoken duality. Lyrics say one thing, but the sound says another. Mundane on one side, and something spiritual and sexual on the other. anger, saddness and sensual all at the same time.
Your exactly right, yet its duality fits hand in hand. I like how the drummer switches from early to late timing, same go the lyrics in a perfectly opposite symmetrical dance.
I've been caught in a TOOL, APC and Puscifer loop for the past 3 months and I can't break free... don't want to really. Just enjoying the ride. Thank you MJK for your creativity, passion for great music and having something BIG to say every time.

A song about the amazing people bred in internet culture. Those noble keyboard warriors.
Huge Porcupine Tree vibes. I love this so much
Really wish this band had more songs like this, i can't get enough of it :
Oh my, this man's voice, is so unlike any other, pristine, flawless, and the unbelievable euphoric executions, keep coming, wave, after wave, and on, and on

The greater vocalists of...ANY. generation
Damn, i'm really fuckin glad MJK is going forward with Puscifer. It was a good wait since Conditions of My Parole, but totally worth it. Hope he just keeps going
You have NO IDEA the wait especially when talking about TOOL. I mean Puscifer is Ok but no Tool and it's been 10 years since 10,000 days so appreciate what you have from him.
I've actually kinda stopped waiting for new Tool stuff, mate. I do think Tool is the best band that Maynard has ever been in, but it's been ten years. I mean, i waited 6 for the new Queens of the Stone Age album from 2007 to 2013 but i knew it would come eventually and the band kept us hopeful. With Tool... i don't have that hope. Same for other bands that i love, like Silverchair (that "broke up").
+James Barrett yes indeed
+James Barrett I am sure you can move on and forget Tool. Tool is a different kind of beast. Puscifer is just refreshing. I really wouldn't want to hear another Lateralus. It was great back in the days but we all need to just look reality straight in the eye and accept the fact that Puscifer is the flipping bomb.
No man, NOT the bomb because APC was WAAAYYY better. They have some decent tunes but it's nowhere's near the caliber that Tool was and still is and that will be evident when the album drops, they will sale more albums than all Puscifer albums combined. Just wait till next spring and it will be here.
The greatest chorus of ALL TIME.

MJKs form of self expression is matched by none in current time. It's raw and it's pure...like Layne Staley though, they both shared that raw emotion and gave it away to the people. Gotta love it and thanks for all the fish.
Love it! Maynard, you rock! can't wait to see TOOL in Tulsa 2016! \m/
me too! What a fucking treat!
I'll be at the Tulsa show too!
me 4!
+Jami L. (BC) me 6!!!
I'll be there in Tulsa too. gonna be a great show. Saw Tool at monster mash in tempe AZ and it was by far one of the most outstanding concert I've ever seen.
Great song. Probably the best on the album.
+Chris Hogsten (KillingJoke04) seriously?
+Taylor Whitehead Seriously
+Chris Hogsten (KillingJoke04) to be honest I hated this song at first but it grew on me pretty fast. That always happens with every Puscifer song. every song is so different and new my brain doesn't know what to do with it at first, then it's like fuck this is pure gold!
+Chris Hogsten (KillingJoke04) agreed!
+Chris Hogsten (KillingJoke04) This song detracts from an otherwise decent album. The whole "I'm old and pissed off at everything" attitude doesn't mesh very well with the more classic "humbled by the beauty of nature" or "jokingly poking fun at people" type of feeling of Puscifer. The lyrics of this song and a couple of others from the album seem like they are first drafts from someone that is pissed off but didn't take to time to figure out their feelings. I would go as far to say whiny and immature. Using negative emotions as inspiration can be a good thing, but in this case there is too much focus on the negative. It's unbearable to listen to. (I'm not trolling, I really like Puscifer and wanted to like this album)
The rock is still rolling in this world
This song got the biggest cheer of the show last night at The Warfield!!
Im blessed to have seen all of Maynard's bands, beyond blessed!! Im only 20! he is absolutely gifted and I'm just in awe over him.
Tool twice!
Puscifer once
APC once
Blessed indeed. I've had the pleasure to see Tool once. Best show I've ever seen and I've been to a lot of shows. Everything from Paige/Plant to Snoop dogg. Would like to see Deftones.
I've also completed the trifecta, or trinity, if you prefer. Tool first, then Puscifer, and finally APC when they got back together. Puscifer was my favorite of the 3 shows, but to be fair I think a lot of that had to do with the venue. It was at the Orpheum Theatre in Phoenix, super small and the atmosphere was incredible.
Lucky
I accidentally killed my sister's cats
❤️❤️❤️👌🏻
If I didn't know this was Puscifer, I would assume it was Perfect Circle.
+HighlanderWallace Nah, instrumentally Puscifer is way more interesting then APC.
+Jacques Nomdefamille As far as Puscifer songs go this was WAY more polished than they normally are, though. APC is still way more clean than this, but this is quite close.
+ijirving Not really, all of Puscifer's full albums are pretty polished. Especially starting from Conditions of my Parole
+HighlanderWallace Nah, it has the weird quirky semi-lame lyrics of puscifer, but still great
+Jacques Nomdefamille
Nah, not if your a guitar lover
Especially live was APC from an other planet.
The voices of Billy&Maynard blend perfectly.
This song came from a 5th dimention! It's actually that good! May the good Lord bless all the members of Puscifer
I’m very late to the MJK scene, but I have to agree that he’s an incredibly talented musician, arranger, performer, and it looks like he combines a completely separate life on top of his music with his vineyard etc etc..Fascinating character. Now I’m having a great time going back over his back catalog.
Oh my! You just fell into the rabbit hole that has no way out! (As if anyone's really looking!) I arrived to the scene in 1991 as a teenager when my buddy got the Opiate album and was instantly sucked in. Now here I am 31 years later a 45 year old man and so many albums and projects later and I'm just as drawn in as I was as a teenager! Just seen TooL 2 weeks ago again. There will be people lost in this rabbit hole long after Maynard is gone
Welcome to the show!
@@dabearsman76 At 72 my waistline probably stops me getting out of the rabbit hole anyway!
Oh my, that might just be the best thing that I have heard all day!😁
I am loving Puscifer more and more as time goes on. They just walk the line between beautiful and hilarious so well. Ear sex.
I agree they are totally unique and doing things no one eles does..they still have a will to be weird.and its refreshing
damn right @samgarden
Funny thing is you can take this band serious at the end of the day..vs other bands who appear to be serious.
ear sex, thats a new one for me.
+1
Man, this is fucking beautiful.
Very
A modern masterpiece! 🙌
So, old man bout to handle some business for possibly the last time. Exiting.
For us old guys that is just a great song. Maynard and his style carries on in 3 bands it's absolutely amazing. I love the song
