Thanx for using a baking sheet with some patina on it. Lots of cooking shows use all shiny brand new stuff all the time. That's not how life is besides, a pan with some season to it cooks better.
This looks like a great dinner option. My mom makes spaghetti and meatballs a bit so this really helps. Btw can u please do a video for a recipe on whoopie pies?
Is it ok to freeze the left over cooked meatballs? How long are they ok in the freezer? How look to reheat at what temp? Thank you for such great recipes.
Hi. I'm a newcomer to the kitchen. You advise "freeze them on the baking sheet." I do not have a huge commercial freezer! Must I clear out my entire tiny freezer just for these meatballs? And what do I do with the stuff I had to remove, in order to make space for the baking tray? Is there any alternative? Thank you.
I just made your recipe but I cannot imagine 25 to 30 minutes at 400°. I did only 12 minutes at a preheated 400°, a little bigger in size, and they seemed already overcooked, especially since I was going to finish cooking in the sauce. FYI thanks
I can't imagine they would be cooked properly in only 12 min. Meatballs taste the best when the beef gets carmelized and quite brown, you achieve that by a high temp of 400 and longer than 12 min.
I have been following you for quite a while. Your recipes are great. But, I am confused. There is a blonde girl that goes by the name Stay At Home Chef. I am subscribed to your channel. Who is this other stay at home chef?
@@Thestayathomechef Thank you for replying to me. I thought something might have happened to Rachel. Glad she is still part of this team. Looking forward to making your recipes.
One person household....................going to make without cooking, freeze in individual servings (small batches) in ziplock freezer bags for later use with the homemde sauce recipe which I also make in bulk and freeze in jars or bags ................doubling recipe
You cook barefoot, like me! 🤣🤣🤣🤣(at least in the summer time) The glass door on the oven makes a perfect mirror 2:03 . No worries, you have cute feet😂👍. And Thanks for the recipe!!! It looks delicious & I'll definitely try it.

I’d use foil for easier cleanup.
The "patina" may be from the lecithin in the spray.
@@perniciouspete4986 It all helps!
Those meatballs look great. But that rich red sauce is beautiful!
I will try these, my husband love’s meatballs. You have really nice looking hand’s.
What else can you use as a binder rather than the cheese? I can’t do dairy. Would two eggs work?
Looks really easy. You are looking well, I hope you are doing better.

Are you serious? How do you operate the phone or computer to find this video if you’re so totally inept?
Those meatballs look delicious 😋 thanks
Good to see you
Thank you for this recipe! Just what I was looking for. A sheet of meatballs in the oven as I write🥰
Good and easy!
Can the Parmesan be substituted by something else?
👍♥️♥️♥️♥️Thank you for sharing your recipe. 🤗
My pleasure 😊
Oh man those look sooo yummy!
The meatballs were delicious!! My family loved them! I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs and it was delicious! Thanks so much!
Our family loves meatballs also. Love the authenticity of the Stay at Home moniker - bare feet and all! 2:04 😁 👍 Keep up the great work.

You can always use a meat thermometer so there’s no guessing. Ground beef needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

I love that these are all beef & baked. 💯 So, I’m definitely looking forward to treasuring this as my go-to recipe. Thank you!
Looks so good and easy love meatballs and spaghetti
I've been contemplating making a Meatball Recipe over Pasta! ..Nice idea make additional Meatballs and freeze them..
Excellent!
Looks yummy, I’ll have to make some. Thank you for sharing.
I've know people can also fry the meatballs. I wonder which turns out better? 🤔
Air fry is best IMO. Taste fried but with way less oil.
These look wonderful
These look oh so good!
can i replace the milk for something else ??? for me, milk and meat, don't really match together !!!
Thanks for sharing !
The milk makes the meatballs more tender. You could just substitute water if you would like.
I use red wine instead

😋😋😋😋
Why do you need milk..
You didn’t list 1 large egg in the drop down recipe list!
Because it is optional (:
The "egg" was left out of the ingredient list.

The video shows you added an egg but the recipe doesn’t
Salt and pepper. Separates you from being basic and actually doing something about cooking.😊
