I think you may have accidently done the best recruiting campaign for any mining corp ever! Honestly big respect to that corp, they certainly have earned that 10%, the logistics, organisation and the expedience is all impressive!
I started like a month ago and instantly joined a corp i found in the forums, they settled in null sec and they were really nice and helped me play the game, a guy even gave me a procurer to mine with which was awesome, currently some ass hat waged war on our alliance and we miners are getting jumped so were currently mining in highsec because they were camping our area lol.
10% would be a hard limit for me. With a decent trade alt placing sell orders you’d be making at least 20% more than a corp buyback at 90% jita buy. Also no one is ganking 200m of ore. The volume alone makes it too much hassle and at 200m it’s not economically viable - it’ll cost half that in gank ships to take down a well tanked dst, so even if it all drops they’re only just breaking even. At a bill it’s getting iffy but if you use an instadock and the mwd trick you’re fine.
I just started this pass week and cant wait to get in to big mineing stuff, i joined a new Mining Crop that just started back up a few weeks ago. Been having fun doing some farming runs with them.
Thx for the video. Great! Regarding the corp you operate in is dead. I did joined few days ago . Awerage online players are around 7-10. What activities can you do with 10 online players? None. I am still mining solo. I haven't see a single mining fleet organised. Very usefull advices in your video . Keep it up.
I am new to EVE Online and searching for adequate and amicable community/corporation. I’ve played only 2 days only and did some starting quests with agents. Tried myself as war-pilot a bit and now I wanna be full miner 24/7. Just wanna mine asteroids, gas, ice and moon ores. And chat and ask question about the game.
@@LordAnubis85Yeah, I tried UQP corp and it was fine and in one moment they didn’t give my money back even though I made contract and said to the guy that I did everything as needed. So I was mining moon ores and didn’t had a chance to mine ice. Commission was 10%. Discord server is kind of dead. Also when I didn’t get my money I got upset and quit that corp. Now I’m searching a new mining corp (probably low or even null-sec cuz I wanna farm mercoxite). Also got for present Proc with simple and cheap fit for mining from some generous guy when I was in UQP corp.
@@gamesgames6675 What's your IGN? I'll message you this evening when I get off work. I think our group might be a good fit for you. I don't want to advertise our group on YT but we are currently a high sec mining corp/alliance with a focus on helping new and returning players. We have a 90% buyback on ore/gas/ice (and anything else the alliance needs based on current operations) and 85% buyback on all else. We have multiple athanors with moon pops and we schedule regular low sec mining fleets with escorts to allow members to mine low sec ores.
I have yet to find any decent Corp, all the big ones are complete ass hats. There are so many Corps that think you owe them, which really it IS the other way around. And most mining corps can't fend off ganker suicide attacks, or some other ass hat wanting to bash your rigs and stations. You got too many smart mouths too in these corps, as well as in NS. It is just a game but I rarely play now and I keep the play simple, if I need Omega for something, I guess I don't need to do it.
i mean this fairly a critique this is 10 minutes of "10% is fine, 20% is bullshit" yeah okay, i see where your coming from but honestly its not the be all / end all the things i would recommend to look for: - a proper highsec alliance will have 30~60 athanors on a 60day rotation coming out every 1/2days to keep people busy - i'd ask first off how often are pops and whats left i.e if they pop in eu tz and your american are they still alive 16hours later when you get home from work - what taxes are and what they goto ( i personally run 5% tax and a 5% buyback if your too lazy to haul; if you want to sell it yourself or use it and pay - thats fine) - where is the location, more backwater the better ideally with nearby lowsec for jump freighting to wherever your build is or near stations to manufacture but you might have existing ties to an area that make it hard to migrate - what kind of timing for standing fleets, if your au and wake up after downtime - cloning access nearby preferably structure but could be npc - sociability fit, if your gonna sit on comms with people its important for it to match pace - might be important for some but group jobs / tasks, i.e i have run dread programs where people can contribute parts and get a % out of the profit(s) depending on contributions, or feeding specific markets for their doctrines - speaking of doctrines what kind of doctrine for mining ships and can my characters fly them? - are they in-pocket i.e i can buy them there rather than doing a pushx from jita for it? for the most part the answer is yes but skills can be time consuming and availability is important. if i have idiots mining beside me in triple mining upgrades without a damage control then its gonna become a gank magnet which i probably dont want to deal with i'm not going to focus on crap like "please use a janice" in the description. it takes two seconds for them to do and two seconds for you to do, its not important and if it saves someone two seconds then happy go lucky. just a few things i'd look for

hehe well that was not the intent here but they certantly deserve my praise 😉
Every time I return to Eve. I live in hisec for mining and industry before going back to nullsec. I like helping new players mine

I was looking for a corp that will do safe mining. If this was an add it worked, i will send an application later this day.
Thank you for the rec

What is the name of the corp you're in? Happy to share it?
I did shoutout it in the vid, but sure! Unquestionable Prosperity
Is that a Finnish accent I'm hearing? :)
Thought I recognized it from watching the Children Of Bodom documentary when I was younger haha
