- If you’ve been struggling with making doughnuts, you’re at the right place. Watch video till mmmkk:
500g In your mixing bowl add your flour, yeast, sugar, eggs, water, salt and lastly your butter
100g Sugar
50g Butter
90g Eggs
1tbsp Yeast
1 cup water (room temperature, not warm)
1tsp Salt
Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
In your bowl, add your flour, yeast, sugar, eggs, water, salt and lastly your butter
Mix together until you get a stretchy dough (about 15mins)
Transfer the dough onto a clean surface and knead for extra 5mins
Leave the dough to rest for another
5mins
measure out 75 of your dough using your measuring scale
Tuck in the sides of the dough and roll to get a sphere shape
Place on a parchment paper coated with flour and leave to rise for 50mins before frying
Fry in oil and allow each side to fry on low heat for 3-5mins before flipping
Coat in sugar and fill with your favorite fillings

Parchment paper prevents the dough from sticking after shaping
Why do u put flour on top while frying? That flour makes them burnt looking that black pls a void it they will look great .nice color.
Thank you so much. I didn’t add flour while frying, the flour was added before frying. The doughnut turned out too brown because I fried for too long ❤️
